Comparing to other hotels we've seen around this was the perfect choice. Very helpful personel, really clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet place, close to 2 beautiful churches and the city center for moderate price. Nice place to sleep on Your way to the south of Italy and as a base place to visit Pisa and Lucca.

Very small room, I felt cramped and like I had no space to move around. Other than being small, the room was very nice. Decent breakfast. Located just outside of the city center, only a short walk into the "old town" area. Helpful staff.

This was an excellent place to stay for my brother and I on a cycling holiday to that area. It was conveniently situated so that it was a short hop to the city walls of Lucca ( 5 mins walk) Reception staff were informative, friendly, and very helpful at answering our questions. Our twin room was very comfortable, clean, with... More

This is à nice place to stay just out of the city centre but within walking distance only 1km of Luca centre. The two brothers that run the hotel and their staff are very friendly. The room we stayed in was ok and the bed also. The breakfast served is ok. Elevator present. A reasonable priced hotel with parking just... More

Myself and my husband just returned from a lovely trip to Lucca. We found the hotel to be of a higher standard than expected, newly refurbished. The staff were friendly and the couple that own the hotel so welcoming. We were given a nice room with very good air conditioning which was a must for me being pregnant! Rooms were... More

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the train station, a taxi will cost anything from 6-9 euros. The hotel has excellent staff, they are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are small and quiet but they have everything you need, they have enough storage for your clothes for a short city break. The breakfast is fine and served... More

This is a good hotel for a short stay in lovely Lucca. Our room had a double and a single bed, so was spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is near Porta Elisa and the old town. The breakfast was basic but adequate. The TV-channel selection was OK. The bathroom was fine. Air-Con was not great to... More

Very clean. Great breakfast. Staff is helpful. Bar with outdoor seating, but we didn't use it so can't comment on what it is like. Typical European lighting (low). Common room with good lighting and a TV on the first floor. Working elevator. Air conditioning would not be adequate for an American. We had a corner room, so had good air... More
