The hotel is located at the city limits of Livorno, close to a big shopping mall and the highways. Its location makes it ideal as a basis for a Tuscany trip by car. The rooms are very modern and clean but don’t have any “soul”. It’s a typical chain hotel for business travelers. The breakfast was yucky (e.g. one sort... More

rooms modern, clean, good breakfast. Wifi is terrible, took forever to get an Ip address, but then working. could not make it work on one phone. as well its per device and reception was not eager to provide more logins(everyone has at least 2 devices per room). )location is ugly but it was expected. its suitable for one overnight stay... Rooms are clean and large. Nice bathroom with sufficient towels. Bed is nice and confortable. The TV set is coming from the last century and the internet access is a nightmare. Breakfast is amazing, but good. A bad point is the 2 lifts. You can wait up to 20' when the hotel is full. The hotel surounding is just catastrophic

The Hotel MAX is a very contemporary hotel;clean and comfortable. Easy 10 minute walk to the train station with a shopping center steps away. The restaurant serves very good food. THEY TURN OFF THE A/C AT NIGHT. We opened the window to get a breeze and the ledge was covered by spiders!!! They offered to move us to the cooler... More

This hotel is not particularly well-located. It is sort of near the railway station - but on the other side of the tracks so that you end up walking at least 1 mile, probably more, just to get to it (the building is clearly visible, as it is 9 stories high in what would otherwise appear to be, more or... We stayed here for one night before taking the ferry to Sardinia. The hotel is close to the highway and close to the port - thus strategically good located but not in a nice area if you plan to stay for holidays. The room was nice, clean and the staff friendly. We would go again before taking a ferry.

Stayed in here with my wife for the night before our ferry boat travel to Sardinia. The hotel is new and the rooms are nice and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom big. You just needed to be careful, because the floor became slipery when wet. The only problem with it is the location. We were lucky... More

Hotel was alright, situated away from the city though, and a bit hard to find. Very remote and next to a dead shopping mall in an industrial area. You definitely need to have a car to get there, parking is easy though right in front of the lobby. Where we were met by an unfriendly, bored staff. We checked in... More

Excellent Hotel with very good breakfast (included with room) Nice restaurant on site. The Hotel was somewhat isolated not real easy access to train station. There was a small mall next door. would have been better if more centrally located to city
