Staying at the family-run Hotel Dino Ristorante was like a home away from home. It was affordable, comfortable, clean, the food was good, and there was a nice wine selection. And the view…..Bella Vista – Breaktaking! Not only were they friendly and helpful, they were fun. It made our vacation so much more enjoyable. We checked in around 1 pm... More

A good view does not excuse rude check in service, poor bedding, toilet that does not flush properly, or a bad breakfast. Stay here if you have to. We had 2 rooms between 3 people and they were both standard at best. We were booked here by inn travel as the beginning of a walk through the hills and will... More

Room: Sleeping room is ok! Shower cabine and ceiling in Bathroom full with mould. Internet Connection (wifi) is free and good. Food: Dry and old bread! Botteled Water and botteled wine are refilled! Salad is at some parts not so frech (Brown cuttings) Espresso is good.

A comfortable, family run hotel with an excellent restaurant. Transport is necessary to get into Florence, but there is free parking available on site. Breakfast could have been better, but the view from the terrace was exceptional.

The staff is so wonderful and friendly! Also so helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much. The dinner there was delicious. And starting your day with croissants & coffee with that view is incredible. They gifted us with a small bottle of wine when we left. We loved this hotel. We will definitely be back! As far as getting there:... More

We stayed for three nights to attend a wedding in Maiano which is about a 20 minute drive from the hotel. When booking and requesting a taxi Stefano replied that the hotel would take us to the church - uncle Luigi took us in the Hotel minibus and at no cost. This is a real family affair with several members... More

Stayed there twice in last six months for a total of 17 days. Staff is incredibly helpful. Rooms a little dated but hotel service and food in restaurant are both EXCELLENT! Great views and a 18 minutes to center of Florence by car and train. (6 minute drive to station and a 12 minute train ride). Have stayed at Villa... More

The family who run this hotel are fun and friendly. We received a really warm welcome, despite our poor Italian and their basic English. We were staying with out 18 month old son who runs, shouts and doesn't like sitting down to eat. This didn't phase the staff, who took it in turns to pick him up and put him... More

Rooms dated but functional; showers tiny. Wifi flakey. Breakfast blah. But it's a decent place to sleep in a good location. And dinner was pretty good. Don't avoid it if you're in the area, but don't seek it if you have other options that look good.
