Sara does everything very professionally. I particularly loved her choice of furniture; all solid oak I think - I'd be proud to have it in my own house. I followed other travellers advice and was 100% satisfied with Le Cannelle... an easy bus ride away from Florence, with all the benefits of staying in a small antique charming town.
