We arrived after a long journey and trundled our cases throuigh the stony car park, up some steps and into reception. After checking in it might have been nice to have a drink in the bar whilst our cases were taken to the room - no such luck. We had to roll the cases over more stones and carry them up more steps to our rather poky room. The bar turned out to be the outside restaurant area, and we were told we could only have one drink as dinner was about to be served! We were not even asked if we wanted to eat . That night we realised that the air conditioning unit was a fan under the window; if you opened the windows to let some air in the bugs came too, not to mention the traffic noise. The curtains did nothing to keep out the light, and the shower flooded the bathroom as there was no screen. The 2 night stay cost us more than 600 euros and really wasn't worth it. We didn't even have a very good view. The staff seemed to think they were doing us a favour - they were either... more
