I stayed at this hotel as part of a Gate 1 Travel package. Situated on a quiet hilltop, the view of nearby Florence is breathtaking. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a small heated pool. The only thing stopping me from a 5 star rating is the food. Surprisingly unremarkable in a region known for it's cuisine.

My wife and I have been at the hotel for one day so far.We enjoyed the tranquil terrazza over looking all of old Florence from this serene spot in the hills of Fiesole just 20 mins by bus from San Marco plaza. The breakfast was quite delicious and the dinner last night very tasty. Room 203 has an excellent view... More

I booked a night here last week. I booked last min and managed to get a good deal. My room was ok, I didn't like the view out on to the terrace but it was a discounted room. The bed was comfortable and I was happy for the aircon! Breakfast was poor. warm yogurt and hard pineapple not anything to... More

The place is very well located. Overlooking Florence from the hill side it is nice to be there to enjoy your visit to the city earlier in the day or preparing your visit in the morning at breakfast. The staff is very nice and helpful. We had some trouble with our return flight and the staff made our longer stay... More

Lovely small hotel between San Domenico and Fiesole. Rooms have a view down to Firenze and are comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The common rooms are small. The breakfast room is a tight fit, but if the sun is out the terrace is a fabulous spot for taking a meal or drink. The biggest drawback for a woman is that the... More

We stayed here for a quick trip to Florence having driven from Pisa. The hotel communal areas were nice and gave the impression of quality. Be aware that the breakfast room inside is very small and it is likely you may have to wait; the view however is gorgeous so try and get a seat near the window if you... More

I stayed at Ville Fiesole along with the other guests at my friends' wedding in April. The perfect Springtime sunshine couple with friendly service and the views towards Florence made this a perfect place to stay close enough to the city with easy access but independent enough to give it a 'retreat' feeling. I would recommend it for anyone from... More

We were recommended this hotel by a friend so we knew it wasn't in the centre. We were advised that Florence can by a nightmare for driving in the centre and trying to park there more specifically, so we liked the look of this place as you have great views over the city and its a 20 minute bus ride... City break to Florence with my Fiance, was enhanced by the wonderful hotel. Beautiful views across the city. A bus that runs from the front of hotel direct to city center. And a lovely room complete with Frescos. The hotel was clean and quiet, staff friendly and helpful. First night they had been a power cut do dinner choices were... More

We've just come back from 4 days in Florence. The hotel was brilliant, situated 20 minutes by bus from centre of Florence. The views over Florence were stunning. Lovely restaurant. The hotel had a power cut for most of the day due to high winds when we arrived but they still managed to provide a great evening meal for us.... More
