Fantastic location in the heart of central Florence on a beautiful street within walking distance of a vast array of attractions. Maria our host was welcoming and very helpful. Our quiet room was very well appointed with a lovely comfortable bed, antique furniture and a small ensuite with quality fittings. There is a peaceful terrace for communal use which we... More

Location is so near the Firenze train station. They upgraded us the apartment which is so huge and would comfortably sleep 6 people. However, no easily accessible elevator. There's 4 flights of stairs needed to reach the b&b. Apartment was not too clean. We needed to go upstairs to reach the bedroom. Bathroom flooded after taking a shower. Wifi is... More

We booked the earth room but somehow ended up in a massive apartment with two living areas, a bedroom and two bathrooms! It was amazing - we felt as though we had struck gold! The location is very central (5 minute walk from the cathedral and station) and yet it was quiet in the evening and the bed was comfortable.... More

Great area, walking distance to all major sites. Room was nice, but smelled a little funny initially, this resolved with some AC and circulation. The major issue was our interactions with the owner/manager, Maria. We booked the hotel for its reviews and also its location, near where 4 of our friends were staying. They considered booking here and wanted to... More

Dear Jenn I am very sorry for the disappointment you have pointed out about my work but I can assure you that no one has ever complained of my behavior. It is not the first time that customers bring friends to see the room but it is polite to ask if it is possible, even in the best hotels is... More

Having spent a wonderful stay at Soggiorno Rondinelli in March 2012, I had no doubt when booking again a stay in Florence. It is just like staying in Via Tornabuoni, just a few steps from the most luxury shops and best places right in the centre of Florence. This time I stayed in the Room Terra, which is smaller than... Location, location, location! Florence is a walking city, but it helps a lot if your b&b is in the middle of everything. This is exactly what we got. If you want full service, several higher priced 4 and 3-star hotels are a few doors down. If not, I highly recommend this place. Duomo, train station, and high-end shops are all... More

Dear Guest the location is definitely our strong point, but then customers also appreciate the rest and I'm glad that you're one of these. Susan sends you a big hug thank you More

My wife and I spent 4 nights here in October 2013. It has a fantastic location! the Duomo is a minute or 2 in one direction and the train station a minute or 2 in the other. It is NOT a hotel though. It is a room for rent. We found this to be great. We wouldn't have eaten at... More

The good: This place is in a great, central location and it is relatively inexpensive. The room is big enough to be comfortable. It is safe and quiet. The owner is nice. The average: the bed is comfortable enough, there is enough room in the armoire for two people's clothes, the size of the bathroom is small, but average from... More

Dear Guest, I am very sorry for not being able to make your stay satisfying. The room, it is specified that it is our smallest room but surely we have to do so that the problems reported to you there are no more and that is why we contacted a plumber to fix the problem of bad smell in bathroom....
