Our family group (4 adults, 1 teenager) recently stayed for a week at this hotel. We had 3 rooms (2 were adjoining) in the main building. The rooms, as well as the common areas are kept in pristine condition. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful and add to the ambiance. The guest rooms are extremely spacious. The beds... More

We stayed for 3 nights in this Four Seasons Hotel. We had a Junior suite and a Four seasons Room. It is unique and outstanding. A palazzo and a conventino are representingly the two hotel buildings. A absolute amazing and well maintained parque is inviting the hotel guests to take a relaxing and peaceful Time out. Very helpfully and friendly... More

Outstanding in almost every respect - food, service, experience, location etc etc. Dimitri was a great waiter at breakfast and we very much appreciated the new concierge member (from Austria!). Pool isn't heated and only opened on our second day (15th April) which was a shame. Only slight negative to note was that the car parking charge at Euros 55... More

First the good. This is an outstanding property. The location and the grounds in the middle of Florence are simply sublime. The service is what you'd expect from a 4S, which is to say 11 out of 10. The rooms are huge and seriously beautiful, as is the whole property. Now to the mediocre. The on-site food is barely passable... More

We chose not to stay here due to its proximity from the center of Florence. Upon further reflection and a visit this was a mistake. Situated roughly a 5-10 minute ride from the centre of Florence, we visited for lunch. My favourite four seasons is the George V in Paris, it's uniqueness in capturing the Parisian culture really sets it... More

We were in Florence for a few days and had read the reviews of the gardens so went exploring. The gardens seemed to be public but looked more like they were with the Hotel. We stopped for lunch which was more expensive than we wanted to pay but the service and food were lovely. Thanks to the waiter who 'loves... More

We recently had a lovely 5 night stay here. Good points The staff were very hospitable and very charming. Concierge were particularly great. I left my prescription sunglasses 'somewhere' one day and we told concierge everywhere we'd visited that day and they phoned around, eventually tracing my sunglasses. They also advised us on where we go wine tasting - one... More

I travel A LOT. for both business and leisure. This hotel is by far the best - the service and decor are what set it apart but the gardens are what make it truly special for a stay in the busy city of Florence

This hotel does not disappoint. It is absolutely gorgeous and very luxurious. The lobby and atrium are stunning and the gardens are beautiful. We had a "deluxe" room and it was amazing--the room itself was huge compared to everywhere else we stayed in Italy, and the furnishings and décor were beautiful. The very large bathroom was done in gorgeous Italian... More
