Wonderful location in Florence . A former Medici property is now a luxury hotel . Premium in every spot . Nice restaurant , wonderful gardens and a glamorous swimming pool . Do not forget to visit the fancy restaurant for dinner

Amazing hotel. Beautiful gardens, they're known for the largest gardens in the city. The service is impeccable. All English speaking as most places we went were. The room was equipped with many outlets and plugs to charge all different kinds of cell phones and to use regular plugs. They provided a hair dryer that actually worked really well, you don't... Stayed 3 nights at the Four Seasons Firenze in early March 2015 and it goes down as one of the top hotels I've visited. Stunning decor and fantastic service - it's everything a Four Seasons should be. The lobby is beautiful, the small restaurant bar area serves up good food and hand-crafted cocktails and the main restaurant was excellent for... More

The entrance to this magical hotel is unobtrusive and clearly understated. Upon arrival I was a surprised and disappointed as I've heard mostly great things about this hotel. The entry area and front desk are also quietly muted. Beyond that this hotel is nothing short of magical. The property beyond the Palazzo (main building) is like a park. Separate structures... More

When you plan to visit beautiful historic Florence, staying at the Four Seasons Firenze is perfect. Staff is extremely helpful and enthusiastic. The grounds and outdoor artwork between the hotel buildings are magnificent. All of our meals here were outdoor, although there is indoor seating. The hotel is immaculate and the decor is impressive. Our room is huge with comfortable... More

Went for lunch as we both have been so disappointed so far with the food but this hit the spot!!! The food was excellent but it came at a price. For 1 starter, a chicken & shrimp cesar salad with chicken, potatoes and spinach. We did also share a dessert but it wasn't that great. The total was €120. It... More

Our family group (4 adults, 1 teenager) recently stayed for a week at this hotel. We had 3 rooms (2 were adjoining) in the main building. The rooms, as well as the common areas are kept in pristine condition. The fresh flowers throughout the hotel are beautiful and add to the ambiance. The guest rooms are extremely spacious. The beds... More

We stayed for 3 nights in this Four Seasons Hotel. We had a Junior suite and a Four seasons Room. It is unique and outstanding. A palazzo and a conventino are representingly the two hotel buildings. A absolute amazing and well maintained parque is inviting the hotel guests to take a relaxing and peaceful Time out. Very helpfully and friendly... More

Outstanding in almost every respect - food, service, experience, location etc etc. Dimitri was a great waiter at breakfast and we very much appreciated the new concierge member (from Austria!). Pool isn't heated and only opened on our second day (15th April) which was a shame. Only slight negative to note was that the car parking charge at Euros 55... More

First the good. This is an outstanding property. The location and the grounds in the middle of Florence are simply sublime. The service is what you'd expect from a 4S, which is to say 11 out of 10. The rooms are huge and seriously beautiful, as is the whole property. Now to the mediocre. The on-site food is barely passable... More
