I borrowed a slogan from a FS competition because it perfectly describes that this product is excellent and beats one`s expectation over and over. Firenze FS is an outstanding property with impeccable service. Beautiful setting and amazing swimming pool, garden is a paradise - it is simply one of the most beautiful and romantic places in the world. (=) Property... More

very nice hotel, perfect location, superb park, great friendly service, nice gym. But also some negatives: we had no hot water for the first nights (after 20 minutes it became a bit warm). But let's hope that it a one off and mistakes happen. But they use the nice pool area a lot in their marketing documents. And I always... More

Perfect! Lovely! Elegant! We were there for five days; the food was alright, not spectacular, but the room had every luxury imaginable, and the staff was so very kind and gracious. Lovely appointments throughout the entire property. Valets and concierge were very accommodating.

We had the pleasure of staying here for six nights and it is a stellar property. The hotel is historic and adjoined by beautiful private gardens. Although a bit removed from the center of Florence, we were still able to walk most places comfortably. The rooms were lovely, the concierge service superb, room service excellent, and the bar with their... More

What a truly lovely hotel! The rooms are decorated in an ivory and gold palette. Although the hotel is quite large it feels intimate - like a boutique hotel. The breakfast offers everything you need, fresh fruit, fresh baked rolls, bread and lots different breakfast cakes, eggs, cereal, juice, etc. The piano lounge is intimate and lively. The gardens are... More

We didn't stay at the hotel, but were lucky enough to enjoy the spa one afternoon. My friend and I booked a massage for our last afternoon in Florence to help us revive our tired legs and backs after all that sight seeing. The hotel, grounds and spa are gorgeous. The spa sauna, steam room, showers and locker room space... More

Phantastic location close to the city centre. Wonderful quiet park. Great rooms (ask for one with park view), helpful staff and good food. Easy to reach by car and then very central to walk everywhere - although the temptation is big to just stay in the property. Look for special deals on the hotel homepage.

Fabulous new hotel. Impeccable service and prices to match. The private gardens are beautiful and tranquil. There is a separate convent building, very quiet but far from everything, we asked to be moved to the main building Convenient location but hotels on the river are more picturesque

The Four Seasons Hotel Firenze hotel in Florence is among the best hotels in Florence on account of its excellent amenities provided in a fabulous setting reminiscent of the Renaissance period. The physical setting of the hotel is on either side of a lush garden housing on one side a 15th Century legacy building and on the other side a... More

Dear Guest, It is a pleasure for us to read your words emphasizing our hotel amenities, expecially the buildings home to the Four Seasons: the Palazzo, a noble residence of the 15° century and the Conventino, converted into a convent in the 16° century. The Conventino is undoubtedly the most "magical" part of the urban resort we are proud to... More
