Where to begin,...... Four Seasons exceeds our expectations every time again. From the moment of checking in till the moment of checking out, this is just a magnificent treatment of luxury and feeling Guest with a capital G! The only minor remark which I can speak out is the checking out time which can be organized a bit smoother. The... more

We had a wonderful five days at the four seasons. there was a large group of us and no one had any serious complaints. The hotel and grounds are amazing, i would however say that the bar and restaurant service could be speeded up. They also know how to charge. For example we paid 520 euros pn for a standard... more

This stunning property has everything you could ask for. Nestled in close to the center of the city, this hotel allowes access to beautiful cathedrals, timeless museums, and restaurants that are to die for. The concierge is more then willing to take out a map and point you in the right direction after making you a reservation. Or you can... more

I wrote a glowing review upon returning from Florence following our four day trip and failed to post it... suffice it to say that time has not dulled my memory of this wonderful Four Seasons property in a wonderful location just a short stroll away from the Duomo and all the sites. The hotel's private park is a true treasure... more

All the charm and beauty of the old building, with all the extras youd expect from a fourseasons hotel. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite with a balcony, which was beautiful although I'm sure we would have been just as happy in the standard room. We had cocktails & dinner outside which I would definatly reccomend. The somelier twice... more

Where to start ? Best rooms I've ever been to. Best service, incredible food, outstanding location (right in the centre of Florence). Even for a Four Seasons quality of service is unreal.I can't wait to get back! more

We stayed here for 2 nights in May and throughly enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are stunning. The pool had not yet been filled but we were advised that this would be done in the next week. The service from all who work at the hotel is what really makes the... more

Wonderful service, beautiful grounds and spa. Like a resort within the city. Sunday brunch is a must. Rooms very spacious and elegantly appointed. Ask for tour of the hotel - there are two Palazzo buildings, perfectly contrasting. You ned an additional night to appeciate this hotel! more

We always find personal hotel reviews to be a great source of information and often base our initial impressions of a property on the comments of other reviewers. At the same time, we often question those reviews that seem to find minor fault with what others feel is a fantastic property. Well, now we fall into that later category ourselves.... more

I spent 2 nights at the Four Seasons with my girlfriend recently and it turned out to be the greatest hotel stay we have every experienced. We are used to wonderful hotels but this was in a class of its own and calling it 5 star does it a dis-service. We arrived on the friday afternoon and were taken to... more
