Hotel is simple and cute. The location is great, close to everything. Just one block from the Duomo, but you can go from there also to the Accademia Gallery and take a look to the Michaelangelo's David. Good service, we had to leave the city at 4pm, but we wanted to take a walk for little more, we did the... More

Hotel's location is great, in 2 minutes you are at the Duomo. Personnel is friendly and they did their best to accommodate our wishes. Hotel room is very small and cramped, but as we were mainly out visiting Florence we did not mind this very much. The bed however was very bad and we could not really sleep well, even... More

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights this October and although it was really cold outside the first night, they didn't have central heating, as they were depending on the building's overall heating system. We asked for an extra blanket which was not available right away, and the blanket which was already covering the bed, the... More

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nites during our recent trip to Florence. It is located right in the middle of city center with fantastic interior design. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. Staff is very helpful, nice and speaks fluent english. Breakfast is good. Staying in this hotel makes our trip to Florence very... Stayed in '09. B&B is in third floor of a building. Small but pretty room. With view of Duomo and the city. Right in the heart of the city, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was adequate. The room we had, the heater(?) was beside the bed, minus points for that. More

First of all: I would certainly come here again! 10min walk from the train station, 3min to the Dome. L'academia and Leather market just around the corner. Plus the BEST! trattoria for lunch (unfortunately they only do lunch) Mario's only minutes away. Small drawback of the location: you have to keep the windows shut, otherwise it is too noisy to... Very nice small hotel, occupying one floor of the period building, close to the city center (just a couple of minutes walk to the Dome). Helpful reception, rooms recently renovated and quite charming. Welcoming water and some cookies provided. More

We were perfectly satisfied with the services, the staff and the location. The hotel is located on the third floor of an old building very close to the Dome, Medici Chapel and Piazza della Signoria. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very clean and spacious enough. We would definitely return. More

We stayed three nights in this room w/Queen and two twin beds - perfect for me, husband and young adult children. A very nice breakfast buffet - brioche, cheese/meats, fruit, cereal, etc. and nice coffee freshly made. There was always a staff person at the front desk, and the room was quiet - even though if faced the main street,... More

We stayed in the Magnifico apartment, which is on the fourth floor. It's very central and we thought it was excellent value for six people. Clean and comfortable, linen supplied, very helpful staff, lift to 4th floor. Would definitely reccomend it. More
