This B&B is very clean, spacious, and has a terrace outside the room so you can enjoy breakfast outside, or just trelax with a book. We had stayed at aother B%B in Rome prior to coming to Dimora, and although the same breakfast was available at both places, the croissants at Domora were heated,we were given hot coffee or tea,... more

I had a great time in Florence. I loved "la Dimora Altea". My stay at the hotel was lovely. The location of this B&B is beautiful. There was a nice and friendly receptionist. Nice decor and furniture of the room and there is a fantastic terrace to have breakfast. Great job! Cinzia from Los Angeles, CA USA more

We stayed here for 3 days in mid Sep 08. Its good value for money and very reasonably priced for the luxuries we enjoyed as budget travellers :) Location - within walking distance to most tourist sites and galleries. 10 - 15 min walk to the train station and the route is quite friendly to luggages (with wheels). Facilities -... more

This BnB is within walking distance(15min) from train main station, is very very clean (in fact I think newly decorated), large rooms with fridge, and the more than adequate breakfast is served on a roof top overlooking Florence (although there are a few cranes in the view at present!!). The 2 girls who run the BnB are delightful and extremely... more

We spent 3 nights at Dimora Altea. The room was very clean and all the amenities were fine. Our room had a full bath (shower not bathtub), and I believe there are a couple rooms with a bathroom right across the hall. Mariella works very hard on site, keeping things clean, getting the breakfast stuff put out, and so forth.... more

We enjoyed staying at Dimora Altea while in Florence. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well (which we needed in June/July). It was close to the train termini and to the center of town. Our room opened onto a rooftop garden which had a beautiful view of the Duomo. The owners (Rachele and Mariella) were very... more

Lovely bed & breakfast hotel, rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, bathroom is small but very clean. I can't say nothing really bad about this hotel. But to my opinion, I couldn't eat their breakfast (packed croissant, packed biscuit, instant coffee). I know it's budget bed & breakfast, but it would be good if they would give something else for breakfast... more
