I had a great time in Florence. I loved "la Dimora Altea". My stay at the hotel was lovely. The location of this B&B is beautiful. There was a nice and friendly receptionist. This BnB is within walking distance(15min) from train main station, is very very clean (in fact I think newly decorated), large rooms with fridge, and the more than adequate breakfast is served on a roof top overlooking Florence (although there are a few cranes in the view at present!!). We spent 3 nights at Dimora Altea. The room was very clean and all the amenities were fine. Our room had a full bath (shower not bathtub), and I believe there are a couple rooms with a bathroom right across the hall. Mariella works very hard on site, keeping things clean, getting the breakfast stuff put out, and so forth.... more

Lovely bed & breakfast hotel, rooms are clean, beautifully decorated, bathroom is small but very clean. I can't say nothing really bad about this hotel. But to my opinion, I couldn't eat their breakfast (packed croissant, packed biscuit, instant coffee).
