My friends and I went to Rome and Florence a couple of weeks ago, we stayed at this HOSTEL, coz you can't call it hotel. We booked 3 nights and 2 rooms IN this property. The location was perfect, that's why we chose it and also pictures don't look that bad, anyway I got the worst room you can ever... More

It is really a hostel. The only advantage is the close location to interesting places, but after going through this place I don't know if it is worth it. Let's be honest, if you are ready to pay this kind of money, you shoudn't complain about everything in this place, but on the other hand even a fair hostel offers... More

Me and my fiancée stayed here for one night during the end of September. The hotel was easy to find and isn't too far from the station. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wifi was available, however this was limited to certain areas and not accessible from our room. We found the room itself to be basic and fairly... More

We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was on the ground floor, it was a bit noisy and we had many mosquitos. We killed at least 5 mosquitos every night and closed all the windows, but we still got bitten and annoyed badly during the sleep... Good price and location though. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was fine.

We booked this hotel partly based on positive reviews from hotel review sites and partly because of the good location, but were disappointed for multiple reasons. First, the positive things: this hotel is based at the periphery of Florence's no-car-zone, which means that you can easily come by car, park nearby and still go into the city centre by foot.... The staff was friendly, very nice location 7 minuetes from campo di marte train station and 10 from doumo. Very basic breakfast, with good coffe. We paid extra 5€ for AC that was totaly worth it with 40 degrees out and 20 degrees in!

We had stayed here for two nights in July 2015 and the mistake was taking a non-ac room. It was extremely hot and the room did not have Air conditioning - a big minus for the hotel. Family room was big but was bad in the sense - broken bathroom door, no lock to the bathroom door, one of the... More

Great location! Very good staff. There is a market with very good and delicious fruit and vegetables. There is to easy to go to every place in the town. Near to the hotel is a big market "Coop"and you can bay for you everything. Easy to go to the hotel from the train station: only Bus number 6.

In an extremely expensive city, this hotel is a substantial bargain. Off the beaten track, but the bus 23 runs from Santa Maria Novella train station to within a block of the hotel, (You can buy your ticket for 2 euro on board or 1.20 at a kiosk). No, it does not have air conditioning or an elevator, and the... More

Good location, very nice atmosphere and staff, clean and cheap. Tasty breakfast with delicious coffee. We had very nice stay there. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for something nice and not expensive.
