Just spent 7 nights at the Axial Hotel in Florence. What a great place to stay! You are in the best possible location . . . only a few minutes from the Duomo. We were able to walk everywhere. This hotel is in a great location. Just a block from the Duomo and a ten minute walk to the Uffizi or the Academia. It has been newly renovated and is very clean. The hotel staff is very helpful and will make reservations for you at local restaurants and sites. I highly recommend this hotel. more
