Nice and clean, big room with balcony, shared bathroom and kitchen, all spotlessly clean...you are given a set of keys, for the building, the apartment, the room, so you have free and independent access...ok breakfast with great Italian coffee included...the host is a very friendly guy, though limited english (but he more then makes up for it with his enthusiasm!... We stayed here for one night. It was a bit hard to find by car. The price was quite low, the owner friendly and the room was nice and clean but it could use some renovating. The furniture was old and the bed really squeaky. We would recommend it only for short stays.

Very comfortable stay. It was quiet and personal. Paolo made us feel at home. The place is away from the city centre but very accessible by bus. I recommend this place to avoid the hustle and bustle of busy hostels.

I traveled to Firenze because I found this B/B quite cheap. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't have gone. This unique place is what it is because Paolo. If a fantastic guy, that help us in everything and make us feel like at home. It's not very close to the city center and a bus needs to be taken,... More

We stayed here for 3 nights & it was one of the most comfortable stays we have had in Italy to date, at comparable prices. We Googled bus information and were able to find the apartment without too much trouble (although we did have to ask directions from people on the street). Note that this is a big residential apartment... More
