We had a fantastic time at Palazzo Alfani. The location, opposite the Accademia, was excellent. We had a spacious and well equipped apartment overlooking the garden which was very quiet. Francesca was extremely welcoming and friendly, she really looks after her guests.

Must stay when you are in Florence. It's a excellent cozy apartment. The only con is there is no lift so that you have to carry your luggages to the room. Just back from our second stay with Francesca at Palazzo Alfani al David. Staying there felt like coming home! The location is perfect - we truly felt like we were residents of this beautiful city. On my return to Canada I even recommended it to my seat mate. Thanks Francesca - see you again!

We loved our time at Palazzo Alfani. Perfect location, very close to everything we wanted to see. We walked everywhere, and our longest walk was 15 minutes down to the Arno. Fabulous, large suite. Across the street from Academia. Great overall location. Close to market, restaurants, Duomo, etc. Walkable from train station. Francesca was very helpful & friendly. We will stay there again on our next trip to Florence. I highly recommend Palazzo Alfani al David!!!

We had a very comfortable stay in a superior room overlooking the courtyard that Francesca upgraded us to, and then gave us a generous discount for after realising we wanted a room on the lower floor.
