If you like to stay at cookie cutter style hotels than this is not the place for you. These fabulous rooms have so much character in an amazing central location, you can even hear the church bells ringing! It is within walking distance to all of Florence's main sites. Patrick is a welcoming host who suggested the newly renovated James... More

Spent a couple of days in Florence this summer and stayed at the Le Tre Stanze. You simply cannot be more centrally located - right outside you have the cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. We got one of the ground floor apartments with access to a little backyard garden, quiet and peaceful and still such a central location. Bohemian style... More

We stayed here for a short break in December 2013 and had a wonderful time. The location was simply the best and we had the spacious ground floor room with use of the garden, the friends we traveled with had the fantastic rooftop room, with view of the Duomo. There was lots of information in our room, and also upstairs in the... Host is welcoming and helpful. This accomodation provides the very offbeat experience. Just a few steps from the cathedral, appartment located in the old building. Furnished with antique things, it has spacious rooms and unusual atmosphere. Patrick, you made our holiday in Florence unique, thanks! Will definitely come back one day.

We would stay here again in a second - we wished we could have stayed a month! We had a lovely large room with a terrace that had a view of the Duomo. It was just perfect. We were in town for a wedding, and location-wise it was ideal to be so close to everything. Florence is a city you... More

I had the pleasure to stay at Le Tre Stanze, using it as a base over a few days to explore Florence. I got he room at a very short notice as the hotel I had booked at turned up not to have anyone in reception in the evening. The top floor room was spectacular in terms of its uniqueness... More

50 steps from the Dome in Florence, right across the street is a small supermarket and with sparkling clean linen etc. Funky décor and furniture. Highly recommended. I'll try to come again. No telly which was a real bonus. Lots of guest books for us to use.

We stayed in the Mansarda for 4 nights, an incredible space, of which I said: "we could almost live here". The room is huge and airy, surrounded by windows on two sides overlooking the rooftops of inner Florence. It includes a small dining table, marble sink, large walk-in cupboard with skylight, and a little room with shower and toilet. Just... More

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Le Tre Stanze during October 2012. Patrick and his family are extremely gracious and the accomodations are fantastic: clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is literally steps from the Duomo so guests can quickly escape the bustle of tourists and relax in the quiet setting of the inn. I highly... More

We were recommended to stay here by Federica at Agrifuturismo and we were not disappointed! The style is stylish shabby chic with lots of interesting arty books etc. around the place. We first stayed in the Mansarda, which was very light and airy with massive open windows and a lovely terrace with a view of the Duomo, before moving to... More
