I can recommend warmly this hostel! They are really helpful and friendly, the rooms and toilets are nice and clean. The breakfast is good. Hostel is a bit far to walk (especially in 35C heat!) to the citycenter, Duomo etc, but the busconnection is great! Lots of young people, I travelled alone and didnt seek for too much socializing and... more

im a self confessed hotel snob and ive never stayed in a hostel before, but my husband and i wanted a different experience. but it was great. the staff were sooo friendly and it was wonderful. its close to everything and i would recommend it. more

We loved this hostel. It was perfect for students traveling abroad. The staff was very helpful and made sure we had a wonderful stay in Florence. Breakfast was delicious, there were many choices! Our room was clean and spacious. One thing we did not like was that there was no air conditioning and it was July. Free internet! more

The owners of this hostel are amazing and will make your stay wonderful. They made multiple phone calls for us, gave us a map with restuarants and attractions and were very attentive to our needs. The room was very clean and the hostel includes free interent and breakfast. more

Well, i'm used to travel around the world and usually i choose the hostels, because they are cheap and you can meet friendly people...and more if you are so lucky to stay in hostel like Gallo d'Oro is, yuo'll be in the perfect way to travel i mean...a small Hostel for around 30 guests, all the rooms with private bathrrom,... more
