Just few min by walk, really close to the central station and walking distance to all the attractions that you are looking for. The place is really clean and the family that is running this business will make sure that you get everything you need to make your stay as the best. This is an amazing place at the best... More

A couple friends and I spent a weekend in Florence and decided to stay at this hotel: the location seemed great and the price was fair! However, shortly after booking the room, the price that was on the receipt was VERY different on my visa bill. The amount of hidden fees were ridiculous: bumping the cost up an additional 60... Hello, What you have just wrote is not true. You only booked 1 double room instead of 2 so it's normal you have to pay for an extra room, dont you think? There were no extra charges apart from the city tax which you must pay in all large cities and it wasn't 25,00euro as stated but less. We do... More

Great location, just near the train station. Very pet friendly too; the owner/operator and his wife were very informative on pet laws in Italy and received our dog with a warm reception. Fernando was a welcome host and gracious owner/operator of the facility. Be careful because if you're not paying attention you'll walk past the hotel entrance. It is located... More

We really enjoyed our stay. Great hosts. Close to everything and to transport to anywhere else. Easy to get there from train station. We had access to a terrace with a great view. Internet was good. Breakfast was good and they provided some gluten free options and a suggestion of a great restaurant which had gluten free pizza. Very helpful... More

have stayed here before. the family are just great and make you feel at home. good breakfast, plentiful and with fresh fruit. Rooms are very comfortable , clean and good size but pays to ask for room at back away from street as Italian drivers love their car horns ! Free wifi , not super fast and a little sporadic... More

The hotel is great located, the rooms are clean and the service you get from the hosts is simply great. Unfortunately I couldn't sleep any of the two nights we stayed here because of the noise in the street and uncomfortable beds. The breakfast is average and it is served from 7:30 to 9:30 is you need to go out... More

I entirely agree with the favourable reports on this neat and very convenient hotel. It is literally one block from Santa Maria Novella station, and the place the bus from Pisa airport drops you. Then it is only five minutes walk to the Duomo, and about fifteen to the Ponte Veccio, most of what the tourist wants to see happening... More

I spent two nights in Florence with my girlfriend in this hotel and the very central location (just behind S. Maria Novella station) allowed us to walk everywhere. The room was clean, comfortable and fairly big. But the best part of the hotel is the manager and personnel: extremely helpful with indications, suggestions and ready to answer every question or... For a 2 star hotel it is good if somewhat pricy, €130 per night for double. The lady owner is charming and will do anything she can to make your visit memorable. Likewise the other members of staff are most helpful. Good location for restaurants and for visiting the sites in the city centre.
