I stayed at Casa di Annusca in July 2015 for three nights and enjoyed my stay there. Fabio was very helpful and kind. Casa di Annusca is an apartment on the second floor of the building, which includes three apartments and a common kitchen area. Service/Food – Fabio was kind and helpful whenever we needed something. He provided a delicious... More

Although a bit of a walk from downtown (10 minutes), this wonderfuly run B and B is a great place to stay when visiting Florence. The rooms are large and comfortable, the four room apartment itself is spread out over two floors giving everyone lots of space, the breakfast is generous and delicious, and the wifi works well. Fabio is... More

Need to start with Fabio. He was attentive, helpful, and generous. We really appreciated his communication skills before our arrival and while we were there. Once there we enjoyed the nicely appointed room and bathroom. The wifi was excellent. I wish we could have enjoyed the nice breakfast he prepared for us in his lovely garden, but it was a... More

We stayed this delightful bed and breakfast on the more local side of the Arno River for 4 nights. The place is full of charm, beautiful artwork everywhere, and even though it is sightly further out of town, it is still easy to walk or catch the bus to all the attractions Florence has to offer. Good shower, pleasant breakfast... More

Fabio was just amazing. Very friendly and helpful. He came home from work for our late check in. Nice big room. We had the downstairs room. There were coffee making facilities in the room. Take your own toiletries. Excellent location- 5-10 min walk to Palazzo Pitti. We left our luggage all day after check out- we were given keys to... More

The B&B is south of the river which in my opinion is a huge advantage - the restaurants are reasonable priced and offer a good quality. It is a residential area but still has some nice stores and a nice garden area to visit. Florence as itself is super touristic and super expensive. 12€ for 2 normal beers is not... More

What can we say? We were blown away by Fabio! Located in a quiet street just across Florence's attractions, the property was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated with artworks. Wifi signals are strong, especially in the common area and the outdoor garden breakfast setting was just too charming. Breakfast was very good and Fabio is such a wonderful owner. He... More

Fabio is the most gracious and accommodating host he meticulously takes care of all your needs and makes your stay there sheer perfection. The house is artistically designed as well as designed for comfort! It is always a delight to be there at Casa di Annusca, in the heart of Florence in a very quite area within walking distance to... My friend and I had a perfect stay at this B &B. Our room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We really liked the location, since it's just a short walk to all the attractions yet in a quiet neighborhood on the other side of the Arno. The owner went above and beyond by packing us a lovely breakfast to... More

Nice B&B with very friendly and helpful owner with great English (I think he can speak French and German too). The rooms are modern very nice and clean with air con and TV. The breakfast was fairly minimal (which is typical for Italy) but tasty and well presented .
