Wow - what a fabulous experience, one that we'll never forget. If you're looking for the quintessential "Tuscan villa", then this is it. The accomodation, setting, host and facilities were all first class. We spent 2 weeks in the main apartment which had plenty of room for our 2 children (both under 5), Mum, Dad, Grandma and our small dog.... more

My family and myself (8 persons) spent our spring holidays at the Villa Baldasseroni in Tuscany and enjoyed every single moment spent there. Set between the Tuscan hills, surrounded by olive trees and cypers, with a superb rose garden in front, the 300 years old villa, a beautiful mix of rustic charme and simple elegance, is very well preserved and... more

There were six of us, which was perfect for the main apartment with three bedrooms, each with a bath. The gardens were extraordinary, we spent late afternoons enjoying a glass of wine at the table in the formal garden. The library, living room, dining room and kitchen were quite large and comfortable for all of us. This Villa is well... more

The nights were so quiet you could hear yourself breathe. The peace is blissful. Early evenings, after a full day of sightseeing, were spent reading in the garden, in company of the many tortoises... more

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We stayed in the main apartment which is very large and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and so helpful. Location is great. Can walk to a local small shop. Village is about one minute in a car. Pool is excellent but closes at the end of September. The kitchen is OK but the cutlery and... more

My friends and I rented the apartment at Villa baldasseroni in May and had such a wonderful time we returned in October. The villa is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are amazing. Complete with a snapping turtle. Michael and Alessandra are the best hosts. They are extremely accomodating. After a disastorous encounter with europcar they were so helpful. The villa is... more

My family just returned from a week at Villa Baldasseroni. This is a truly amazing house on spectacular grounds. The house has a fascinating architectural history and there are beautiful old photographs throughout the appartment which give you much of the history of the place. Probably the best part of the trip though is the personal care and attention of... more
