We stayed here for two nights as a part of our Cosmos tour to Italy & Greece. We got an extremely small room with a even smaller bathroom. However, some of our fellow traveler's got a larger room. I recommend this hotel if you are traveling on a budget and need a neat and clean place to crash at night.... more

Our stay was part of a Cosmos Tour. Quite near the station, so travel into the Centre of Florence was quite easy. Would be a good way of avoiding high prices and crowds of central Florence. Our reasonably sized room had a balcony, which made it appear more spacious. Breakfast a typical tour breakfast – acceptable more

To see Florence we stayed at this slightly out of the way hotel and got excellent value for money. The room was compact and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, standard continental fare. Florence is just 20 minutes by train. ( By road, in peak hours, the same distance takes 45 -60 minutes, due to... more

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Cosmos group tour last month. If you are looking to stay near Florence, this hotel is not for you. Otherwise, there is a train station next to hotel to take you into Florence. Rooms were small, but clean & you have to go one way into the shower if you are... more

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights as part of an organized tour of Italy. Places to stay in this hotel - it is very unpleasant impression that I have left after the visit. Inside the hotel like the Catacombs. The rooms are very small, everything is very old, dirty walls and floors. Shower cubicle such narrow that you... more

Had to change rooms as the first was really small and I could not get into the shower cubicle at all..the tour leader had explained this and the next room was bigger. Clean room, sheets and bathroom but the noise from the pipes meant one up, allup. Breakfast was just about OK. Usual Cosmos tour quality. more

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights as part of our Cosmos tour. The room was an adequate size for a twin, clean with modern fittings and comfy beds. However the shower was tiny with no room to move to wash...also the hot water ran out on both mornings! The rooms are also noisy, you can hear all the pipe... more

Stayed here in May with the Splendors of Italy tour with Cosmos with my husband. Hotel is way outside Florence in the next to next town! BUT, by train it is just 23 mins and costs about 2-3 euro for a pleasant journey. By the tour bus it takes 1 hour to Florence cos of traffic. Rooms are no longer... more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the start of our holiday to see Florence without staying in the City. We booked for convenience with it being so close to the station. We had a great stay, we found the staff very helpful and accommodating. The room was a triple and a good size with a long balcony/veranda... more
