Very nice B&B in Florence, reasonable price. The only problem we had was the bed or specifically the mattress. It was quite noisy. Could not roll , looks funny but noisy stuff, maybe springs could not let you sleep !

Our room had a private bathroom and also a private balcony. Cleaned and breakfast topped up everyday. It is close to the train station and main roads, but very quiet and feels very safe. Only a short walk to all the main attractions. The owners are lovely people and very friendly. There is no front desk, however there is a... More

Rooms are nice and clean, with a nice view on courts. Bed were ok, and overall we had a nice stay. Since we didn't plan to spend much time in room, it's nice. Nice restaurants were hard to find, but thanks to Tripadvisor we found really nice places to eat around, and for breakfeast. Receptionist was only there when we... More

Prons: cheap. Air-con. Room is generally clean. Cons: 15 min walk from the train station under the sun in July weather is a bit too much. The flat is on the 2nd floor - not so convenient if you have heavy suitcases. You hear noises from other rooms. During peak seasons you may have to queue for using the bathroom.... More

Don't be surprised that there is no reception, you have to call the number written on the sign, a very polite lady will come in 10 minutes, the rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. The flat is quite clean but we shared the bathroom although we didn't know that until we arrived. The room was... More

WE had originally booked into the sister hotel Bed & Bed Peterson, and were informed upon arrival that we were in a different place. I was initially a little upset as we were walked about 5 minutes further out of the city to Cassia, over quite a major main road which took quite some negotiating due to about 4/5 different... More

This is not actually a hotel but a converted apartment with 6 rooms. It is clean, beds are comfy and it has AC (which is a plus). It is convenient to the Train stations in a quite section of town. The bus stop is near by but you can walk to town with no problem. There are no restaurants near... More

It is located on the second floor so you have to use you muscles for once to take your luggage up. It is close to the bus stop on Via Monaco (bus 22 will take you directly to santa maria maggiore, close to the duomo or to the santa maria novella station ) Upon arrival we were met by the... More

Pros - excellent price, 20 minutes walk from the city center, clean, comfortable bed, quiet Cons - When we called at arrival, the young lady they sent spoke VERY little English, Without my husband';s basic Italian, we wouldn't have know how to operate the coffee machine, etc. Not a welcoming feeling. Very slippery bathroom floor when wet in Room 1... More
