The minuses are that the B&B is at the top of a steep set of stairs and getting into the shower requires some dexterity. The pluses are the great location, the firm bed, and the romantic room. LOVED Academic House! It was recommended to my husband and I by a colleague, and it was a true gift! Location is great (withing walking distance to all major sites), rooms are incredible (spacious with air conditioning and own bathroom), and host was full of invaluable recommendations for food and activities.
