We stayed two nights at Hotel Annabella. The hotel is elegant and new, rooms are wonderful, spacious and cozy. There is no noise because the hotel is on the third floor of an ancient building in downtown, close to the train station. On the roof there's a marvellous terrace where you can enjoy a fantastic view of Florence! Very charming! more

Last year in Florence I stayed at Hotel Bijou, this time I booked the Hotel Annabella. I spent a very nice vacation there, I liked my room because it has a balcony. The private bath is clean; I slept very well because the room is quiet (no traffic noise, great!). I recommend this hotel to everybody. more

When I got the email to confirm my booking, I found it amusing when it talked about the hotel to say, "it's not dangerous and it's not noisy". I was a bit sceptical at first. We arrived Florence on train, and the hotel was so near to the SMN Station, we arrived at the hotel door front in 5 min... more

Stayed here for two nights, rooms were ok and clean, central location. That is about the best thing I can say about this hotel. Staff are rude, unhelpful and I would even go so far as to say aggressive. The hotel is split over 2 floors, there is no lift service to the upper floor. I was shouted at by... more

The strong smell of urine that greeted us as we entered the building of the hotel was our first clue that the Hotel Annabella was not quite up to par. Our room was dim and dreary, and the beds felt more like military cots than beds. The shower was nothing more than a curtain in the corner of the bathroom... more

Dear Sir / Madame, your review is neither credible nor acceptable because is full of lies and fibs. Firmly we challenge your following declarations: 1) "The strong smell of urine that greeted us as we entered the building of the hotel was our first clue that the Hotel Annabella was not quite up to par" - Surely you smelt the...

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the SMN station which proved handy because it was raining on both our arrival and departure. Five minutes from the station and the reception staff were friendly; recommended useful restaurants such as Za Za's, good seafood. Couldn't really ask for anything more for one or two nights. Perfect stopover at a... more

Srilal , Australia Hotel Annabella is situated in a decent area very close to SMN station. We had two very nice rooms with recently renovated bathrooms. We stayed in hotel for three nights and rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast is not impressive and the BF room is so tiny that only a few people can be accommodated at one time.... more

The hotel is on the 2nd floor with another property across the hall. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the station. We stayed for one night and the room was of a decent size but the bathroom was rather small. We did breakfast on our own, there are several restaurants nearby. The main problem was that the... more

I booked the place primarily because of its proximity to the train station. Its less than 5 mins walk. U come out of the station, cross the street at the traffic light, turn right, and when u get to the intersection, do a left. Keep walking till you see the chinese restaurant, and then do a left again. Do keep... more

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Annabella, but only because of the free parking (you have to ask for a pass to put in your windshield so you can park in the street out front), the very nice room, and the good location in Florence. However, there is a guy who is one of the major employees there that... more
