This hotel is in a great spot for exploring Florence. About five minutes from duomo and great shopping. The staff are very helpful, cheerful and polite. The receptionist can recommend some great restaurants. Love the decor/artwork and the rooms are a reasonable size. Highly recommend!

The hotel is in a small street in the city center, few minutes walking from the most important turistic attractions of Firenze. The staff is incredibly nice as I never saw before in other hotel. The decoration is designful although it can feel a little bit too dark for some people. As the majority of Italian hotels, there isn´t a... More

Lovely hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Good selection at breakfast - don't be afraid to ask if you need something. It really is only 5 minutes from major attractions - I would also recommend one of their delicious co tails on the way out for your evening meal.

The Borghese Palace Art Hotel is a great spot in Florence to base yourself to reach all the main attractions. The staff were very welcoming and always going out of their way to help and make the stay memorable. The rooms were spotless, spacious and well appointed. The hotel arranged live jazz on one of the nights in their bar... More

I have been here for 2 nights and just booked a third. This hotel is wonderful! I wanted a reasonably priced hotel in a great location. It's a 5 minute walk to each major attraction. I also wanted a hotel that was modern enough, but also felt authentic to Florence. This hotel is just perfect. It's modern, but not too... More

Air conditioning works very loudly, moreover it generates about 25 C, even though I have chosen 15 - it just doesn't work. Worst thing is the toilet - stucking once for few days (like in 0 star hotel) - I'm not sure if there are such problems in hotels in Mogadishu.

The check in staff was very helpful. We arrived on an early train from Rome and had no issues with storing our luggage, while walking around Florence, before our room was available. Rooms where a very pleasant surprise. The bar was very quaint and the bartender is very accommodating. The morning breakfast was also terrific. We would certainly stay here... More

It is a shame this wonderful hotel is spoilt by the late night bar across the road. The hotel is excellently located to see all of the sights of Florence. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and went out of their way to satisfy and exceed any request we may have had. It is interestingly decorated, though is maybe... More

Locations don't get any better! The Bargello was at the end of the street a block away, the Ufizzi was maybe 5blocks in one diection and the Duomo 5 blocks in the other direction. The room was great...small for the price but that is typical in Florence. I would absolutely stay here again. The service was wonderful and overall a... More

I stayed for two nights at the Borghese Palace Art Hotel. I chose the hotel because I wanted a boutique style hotel that was affordable but centrally located. LOCATION Although Florence is compact enough to walk everywhere, I found the location to be perfect - centrally located for all of the main sites on a quiet street. 5 minutes brisk... More
