This is a stunning hotel and memorable experience. Right from receiving confirmation of my booking which provided me with all the information I needed. My wife and I had never visited Italy before. We received the warmest welcome, with a relaxing drink in one of the lounges. It felt such a privilege to be able to stay in such an... More

Myself, my sister and my mother have just returned from 5 nights in this beautiful Palazzo! We enjoyed every moment in this beautiful peaceful, relaxed hotel/B&B. The rooms are just incredible! Beautiful, well-equipped and warm with a well stocked free minibar and lovely toiletries. The breakfast was incredible and fantastic quality! The staff are non-intrusive, polite and very helpful. The... More

We stayed at this wonderful hideaway in January 2015 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were warmly welcomed and offered a glass of Prosecco whilst our room was being prepared. The surroundings are beautiful, wonderful frescoes on the ceiling, billowing silk drapes and Persian carpets. They offer afternoon tea and evening drinks which is very hospitable but we didn't have... More

My daughter and I stayed at this wonderful property for a week during the Christmas holiday. What a treat. The rooms are all beautiful. We stayed in "Alcova" with a beautiful frescoed ceiling and a gigantic jacuzzi tub. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was excellent...a short walk to all the major attractions, train station, shopping and restaurants. It... More

Florence is a big bustling beautiful city, and we wanted to be in the heart of it all in order to explore the ancient center as you must, by foot. The traffic and tourists are challenging, so you need a hotel that can give you quiet respite from it all! For travelers, it is a bit of a splurge but... More

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights at the Affreschi room with paintings all over the room walls. What a beautiful unique room! Our holiday in Florence was memorable partly because of this accomodation and the extremely curteous staff. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and took the time to show us around... More

We have just returned from a wonderful visit to Florence, staying at the delightful Palazzo Di Camugliano. Without exception, the staff went out of their way to make our stay so memorable. From arrival and being greeted with a cheerful 'prego' from the young man at reception who had seen us entering and rushed downstairs to carry our suitcases, to... More

I have been lucky enough to travel and spend time in many places over the years, but there is absolutely no doubt that this is the most impressive house (can't really call it a hotel) in which I have ever stayed. Location is brilliant, house is beautiful and very quickly feels like a home and the staff can't do enough... More

This is a grand house in the center of town that feels like a cozy home, with beautiful decor, spacious rooms and helpful staff. We spent 3 nights here and couldn't be happier with our choice. We flew into Pisa airport and took the train to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station (Firenze S.M.N.), which is less than a 10-minute walk... More

Trying to cram in visits to all the galleries, churches, museums and sights of Florence is completely exhausting. It was such a privilege to return to this small hotel which is centrally located and gives guests the impression that they are staying as honoured guests in an elegant palazzo. The members of staff are all so friendly, discreet and efficient.... More
