Nothing fancy but good value for your money. Big sized clean rooms, good breakfast, helpful staff. Walking distance from train station as well as Ponte Vecchio. The only downside was they had no cafe/bistro inside so we had to go out to hunt for your coffee. All in all good value for money.

Loved this hotel , It was quite close (walking distance for me) from the main metro station. We did not use a cab even once in florence. It is quite well located from the major sights and quite close to the ponte vecchio and all the major florence tourist attractions. located in a tiny street off the main road ,... More

We stayed in the hotel during 3 nights, and it was a very pleaseant experience. The roomis big and had a nice view to the interior garden, the bathroom was spacious and had everything that we could need. But id like to evidence the friendly and warm way that we had been treated during our stay at the hotel. For... More

To be honest, the missing star is only because it is about a twenty minute walk from the train station, which, for me was daunting since I was at the fag end of a hectic Eurotrip! The room was spacious and very clean. Very clean bathroom, large one too as well, though hot water was not available before 7pm somehow.... More

i was looking for a reasonable place, easy to get to from the station. Central Florence is a nightmare for wheeling your bags on cobble stone and crowded footpaths. This hotel is easy to find, the welcome was very warm and our superior room was very spacious and well equipped. The French doors opened over a garden and let in... More

Dear Peter thank you so much for you nice review, perfect description of our place :) Since a couple of weeks we switched our internet connection provider to an optical fiber one, now the service is really better that before but still absolutely free of charge. I look forward to welcome you again - saluti da Firenze - Lorenzo More

We stayed on the 1st floor overlooking the garden. The room was of decent size and warm. The bathroom had everything you needed, was a bit cosy with wise but perfectly usable. Both were very clean, with lovely rustic furniture. The bed was so very comfortable, i wanted to bring it home. The breakfast was plentiful, rolls, cakes, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, toast, croissants, juice, coffee machine that does every... More

Dear Karen thank you really very much for your feedback :) Yes it's better to bring an international plug adaptor as the UK plug here in Italy is really unusable, sorry... we have some adaptors that our guests can borrow from us anyway. I'm looking forward to your next visit - saluti da Firenze - Lorenzo More

Not the best location, poor wifi, and an odd policy with the keys that requires you to leave them at the desk, meaning the receptionist needs to let you in. But they are usually at their desk, the location is still an easy walk into the core of Florence, and the room is clean and comfortable. Florence is expensive, so... More

Dear Rebecca thank you for your feedback :) We let our guests leave the keys at the desk for more than one reason: fire prevention (we know that you room is empty in case of fire) and security of the area (the entrance door is always closed) are the most important :) We have a new provider since few weeks,... We stayed on the ground floor of this hotel in a twin room with shared bathroom. It was a little shabby but had a nice Italian charm to it and for the price I'm not complaining. It was very good value. the breakfast which is included was delicious with a selection of hot and cold food. The staff were very... More
