This is a real charmer! The room looked over a courtyard and was clean and comfortable. The hotel is family owned and someone was available 24/7 at the desk. The rooms were taken care of every day. We definitely got more that we expected to get for the price - the room was huge - the bed comfortable and only a 5-10 minute walk long the Arno to the centre of Florence. Lorenzo the host is very helpful, definitely ask him where to eat and where to shop. his tips were spot on! more

The owner of the hotel as well as the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Location is good, and easily oriented from train station. Easy to catch bus too if you dont want to walk. Price is cheap for the quality. Definitely a thumb up for next stay. more

Stayed with my 15yr old daughter at this lovely hotel. Room small but clean and comfortable with new matresses and nice bathroom with bath. Plenty of hot water and everything worked.
