The Villa is located on the side of one of Chianti’s most famous valleys. The owners made two comfortable apartments out of their own house, while a third apartment was obtained from the restructuring a small dependance 10 m away from the main building.All apartments are independent and provided with private access. The characteristic and panoramic medieval village of Barberino Val D’Elsa lies about 1 km away. Here you can find any kind of shop. Other towns in the surroundings are Poggibonsi (8 Km), Siena (30 km) and Florence (20 Km), all of which can be reached through the Superstrada (high speed motorway), which lies only 4 km far from the Villa.This is the most suggestive part of Chianti, with a stunning view over the countryside. The Villa is provided with a beautiful pool (6 x12) overlooking the valley and the village of Barberino, where one can spend relaxing moments. Each apartment has a private furnished garden, satellite TV, complete kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwashing machine, barbecue and access to the owners’ laundry (€ 3.50 per washing cycle).Comfortable furniture. Private parking inside the Villa. Heating and air conditioning are the be paid on consumption basis. Possibility to add a baby bed.
