We were upgraded to a beautiful big suite. The bed was large, clean & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful. The buffet breakfast was good, especially the breads & homemade yoghurt. The location was excellent, very close to the duomo.

After finding the hotel , (the sign is small and discreet). Pretty much describes the hotel which we found stylish and understated. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast A good base to explore Florence and all the sights are in easy walking distance from the hotel.

This isn't as impressive as it looks on the website. We had a room at the front which, as others have said , got a lot of street noise, and in an old building with no apparent double glazing , after our first night I felt that the hand painted frescos on the walls just don't rate if I have... More

Great location! great room, very thoughtful room display, elegant design and cozy! As for breakfast, great food with soothing Jazz! Friendly and helpful front desk. All in all, I had a great experience and will definitely come back! Highly recommended.

We were in awe when the doors to our superior corner suite were opened up. It was really beautiful and the perfect introduction to Italy. Nice and airy (with a/c too) and lots of space. Great restaurants and stores nearby, friendly service and a tiny elevator for heavy luggage. Cons: The beds were pretty hard and the noise from the... More

Overall recommendable. It was just a shame that when we arrived, instead of being put up in a Superior Double Room, which I had booked, we were given an alternative room with the promise to be moved the next day. So we did not unpack completely and repacked for our cases to be moved, but then were told that we... More

We stayed at this very nice B&B in May, 2014. It is in a very good location and it is an easy walk from the train station. We had a very nice room with a private bath. Clean rooms, pleasant staff, a good breakfast and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. It is a little hard to find but... More

My daughter and I stayed here in May, 2014. I had requested a twin room, but upon our arrival we were given a room that looked like it could have slept 3. After breakfast the next morning we cleaned up, settled in and was preparing to leave for the day. Our phone rang and they said we had to move... More

The best thing I can say about this place is the location of the hotel being close to all major attractions. Florence is relatively small and packed with museums and major attractions. you would be walking a great deal and it would help if you are centrally located. I was very excited about staying at this hotel after reading all... More
