We had a very nice double bed room opening onto the garden in a convenient central location within Florence. Rita was very nice and was very helpful in finding the bank we needed and other places we wanted to visit while there. We stayed for 5 nights and usually wanted to get out early so we didn't stay for breakfast,... More

We booked this to have a nice boutique hotel at reasonable price, but it was over booked and we had to move to another B&B. The replacement was terrible, still with a good location. Make sure you have secured your room if you book this B&B.

Rita is so kind and quirky! She offered us easter chocolate during check-in. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the garden in her yard. Florence is a very walkable city, so the hotel seemed close to everything (and only two blocks away from academia!) We enjoyed our stay here - very charming, ninna nanna!

The room is small, not the same as the photo. No balcony which is the most important reason for me to choose this hotel. No desk. Only quilt, no quilt cover, and not clean. We spent 5 nights, the host gave us a mosquito killer in the 3rd night. Did not empty the trash in the room within the 4 days.... More

We had a nice room with a balcony and shared bathroom, which was no problem. Silent and very familiar, and the owner Rita was very helpful, although she was not always there. You can order breakfast the day before at a cost of 6 EU.The location is perfect. There are 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

This is a simple B&B but our room was clean and included a tiny balcony. Bathroom very small - not a problem for us but could be for some travelers. Rita prepared a truly copious breakfast (for 6 euros each not otherwise included in the reservation), her welcome is friendly and homey, both the back garden with its massively tall trees... More

One night they had a problem with another guest and ended yewlling and making noise, trowing... More

We booked Ninna Nanna for 3 nights, but we were actually pushed to another hotel, a terrible hotel without any beforehand notification. We arrived on July 5th, and on the day of arrival there was no one at home to check us in. We called the owner and were asked to wait. A guy showed up and said we should... More

Ninna Nanna B&B is a simple, clean and very friendly place to stay in the heart of Florence. Rita, the owner will do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. We had a shared bathroom which was kept very clean the whole time we were there. The bedroom was very clean too. No tea making facilities in bedroom which would... More

San Lorenzo
San Lorenzo’s lively merchants shout out from behind stalls with an array of products in one of the most traditional neighborhoods in Florence. Different ethnic groups join together in the large outdoor market of San Lorenzo and in the Central Market, a vast multi-floored building.
