First of Florence - January 2009 - Excellent Enter via huge wooden doors to a secure courtyard; 2 floors up to the reception area; greeted by a lovely young woman with fairly good english. Enter the apartment which isnt huge but beautifully appointed. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, beautifully appointed kitchen. Bedroom/s are upstairs (not suitable for wheelies). A group of 4 of us spent Easter weekend in Florence and were absolutely taken away with the Florence Apartment we stayed in! I booked this through Fleetway travel for my b/f 21st looked really modern and clean on pics on internet. Is it like this NO! Staff are rude and can not speak much english, there are no familys just buisness men on there own! The room was old and very dated, very dusty, there was food in the fridge from june... more
