No elevator/lift. Up 2 flights of steep stairs. I was travelling with my elderly parents and had to cancel at the last minute once we found the facility. Very difficult to locate among a road of brightly lit hotel signs. There was no place to properly stop on the road to unload luggage because of barriers. I am very dissapointed.... more
