We had amazing service here and absolutely wonderful views (our room looked out to the Duomo!!). Great location close to the terminal and everything in the city is completely walkable. Rooms were huge and spacious.

You can't find a better location! This place is easy to find & right next to the duomo. The view from our room was amazing, night & day. Breakfast was great - cheese, local jams & honey, croissants, toast, yogurt, milk, cereal, and coffee prepared just for you by the hotel staff. We really enjoyed our time there.
