I've never been in a hotel / hostel in which he treated me so badly, the last straw was that when i get home and make the review of the hostel, the owner sent me insulting emails. For this very strongly recommend looking for another place to stay.

The hotel is brand new, the bathroom in our room was immaculate, flat screen tv, air condition work perfectly! All of the people at the hotel were like a family. I was deeply moved by their service. I strongly recomend anyone who is going to visit Firenze.
