This place is awful. Its the stereotypical hostel, dirty filthy place with broken furniture, creepy staff working there, and weirdos staying in the place. This is a little hotel in Florence. Location is great - a few minutes from the station, and just outside of the main tourist area. Don't expect anything fancy, but it's a good value budget option that's clean and comfortable. more

OK bad room but excellent location - and we saw this really awesome room on the top floor which if you book i recommend you get. We had a private washroom, which was big, but there was mold on the ceiling over the shower and the shower curtain was not clean either. Also, the towels weren't replaced the next day. My husband and I stayed for two nights, in a matrimonial bed room. It was great. The bathrooms were clean, with awesome showers. There was access to free internet. Inside the room was a hotpot for heating water, tea bags and instant coffee, a mini fridge and a flatscreen tv. A great place for people on a budget. more
