The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood so it wouldn't be bothering if you are sensitive to noise. The room we stayed was big, clean and well-equipped. The staffs were really thoughtful that they offered help ahead of our enquiry. I accidentally left my belongings there, Matteo contacted me right away and took a lot of care on the... More

We had a very good time in Home in Florence B&B. I just can agree that Matteo and Andrea have done ways more beyond their minimum job. We really felt welcome. Beside service and room, at breakfast was something for everybodies heart. Its just di say that you can feel the warmth the put into their business. And that feels... More

Our staying in Home in Florence was really enjoyable. The room was cosy and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. We liked authentic atmosphere of the place. Very convenient location - quiet, but close to many sights (Bobboli gardens, Pitti palace). We were allowed to leave our luggage in the storage room after we checked out which was also very... More

We had a great experience at Home in Florence B&B. Matteo and Andrea went way beyond their minimum job requirements to help us in every way possible. My wife's suitcase was lost for 5 days, and they kept calling the baggage people for us to keep up on the situation. Matteo in informal conversation gave me information on the usage... More

The rooms are really comfortable. King Size bed and nice shower. Service is friendly and you feel like home. The hotel is in the second floor and you only can reach through stairs, so if you have problem with that don't go. The price is a little bit high, but I think it worths.

Just got home from our first trip to Florence and we had the best experience. We was greeted, our luggage was taken, we were told about Florence and where the attractions were and given a map. We paid for breakfast which is typical Italian and more! Wide variety to chose from plus its available 24 hours so its a great... More

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was great (largest room we had in Italy, full dresser and armoir, refrigator, a/c, wifi). It was in a pretty quiet, tucked away location. However, I did need my ear plugs for early in the morning (not a huge deal, ear plugs made it silent). We didn't get breakfast, as there were so... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in June 2014 and thought the location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the Pitti Palace and then Ponte Vecchio. Location for evening was great also, as we explored and dined in the San Spirito area where the hotel is situated. Lots of good restaurants here. Dining recommendation from staff at hotel was... My wife and I spent 5 nights at this B&B and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms, very friendly, helpful staff and a bed that had us sleeping like Gulliver. Situated across the river from the centre but only 5 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio and a further 5 to the centre, this gives you a much quieter (and preferable)... More

The hotel is absolutely great and the staff is very friendly. It's on the other side of the river, so it's not surrounded by crowds, yet close to all attractions. The rooms are very large and the hotel offers ensuite (private) bathroom and toilet - a rare thing in most of Florence's B&Bs. All the rooms are large, extremely quiet... More
