The rooms are really comfortable. King Size bed and nice shower. Service is friendly and you feel like home. The hotel is in the second floor and you only can reach through stairs, so if you have problem with that don't go. The price is a little bit high, but I think it worths.

Just got home from our first trip to Florence and we had the best experience. We was greeted, our luggage was taken, we were told about Florence and where the attractions were and given a map. We paid for breakfast which is typical Italian and more! Wide variety to chose from plus its available 24 hours so its a great... More

We stayed here 3 nights. The room was great (largest room we had in Italy, full dresser and armoir, refrigator, a/c, wifi). It was in a pretty quiet, tucked away location. However, I did need my ear plugs for early in the morning (not a huge deal, ear plugs made it silent). We didn't get breakfast, as there were so... More

Stayed here for 3 nights in June 2014 and thought the location was great. Just a few minutes walk to the Pitti Palace and then Ponte Vecchio. Location for evening was great also, as we explored and dined in the San Spirito area where the hotel is situated. Lots of good restaurants here. Dining recommendation from staff at hotel was... My wife and I spent 5 nights at this B&B and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Spacious rooms, very friendly, helpful staff and a bed that had us sleeping like Gulliver. Situated across the river from the centre but only 5 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio and a further 5 to the centre, this gives you a much quieter (and preferable)... More

The hotel is absolutely great and the staff is very friendly. It's on the other side of the river, so it's not surrounded by crowds, yet close to all attractions. The rooms are very large and the hotel offers ensuite (private) bathroom and toilet - a rare thing in most of Florence's B&Bs. All the rooms are large, extremely quiet... More

The owner, Massimiliano, was very helpful and friendly. He provided us with information about the city and recommended us a cozy, non-touristic and good price restaurant in a pleasant atmosphere. The room was chilly with Old Italian furniture, comfortable beds, wood traditional shutters, with view on a quiet street. It takes 15 minutes by foot to arrive at the main... More

Location south of the Arno River, kind of off the beaten path, but just fine for the B&B experience. Florence has expensive lodging so felt this was a good value. Lots of steps up, so plan accordingly. Wonderful staff, clean, recommend staying here.

Nestled in a quiet back street but not too far from the major attractions. Friendly on arrival. Room was large and clean. Unfortunantly though breakfast was a real let down. We felt pressured into paying for it in advance, and then dissapointed to find stale croissants and bread. Would definently avoid breakfast if I were to stay again.
