Before we reached this BnB we were not sure if we made a right decision of staying south of river when all the tourist sights are north of it. Indeed it was a right decision I will say. It is not too far from Ponte vecchio, the famous bridge in Florence. Rooms are very nice - and BIG. 2 adults... more

In the spring of 2008, for our first stop in Florence, we selected this Bed and Breakfast based on Trip Advisor's reviews. The Bed and Breakfast is located on a quiet small street in the Oltrearno district of Florence, a few minutes from the Palazzo Pitti and Ponte Vecchio, but a pleasant longer walk through the historic center of Florence... more

A very lovely place that I'd strongly recommend. We were booked on a late flight which, due to extra delays, meant we arrived in at a very very late hour into Florence on a Saturday night. We were met with no problem at all and brought into a very comfortable warm room. Breakfast is not served in the B&B itself.... more

Found this bed and breakfast on a google search. The receptionist MAX was so helpful via email. When we arrived, rooms very roomy, good beds, computer was available for us to email or use internet (no extra charge), lovely bathrooms. The little refrig did not work in either room. My daughter and I had one room, and My sister, her... more

This is a really good B&B!!! Massamilliano couldnt have been more helpful. Yes sometimes their was no one on front desk, but its not a hotel - we really didnt find it a problem. We had good email contact before our stay so we knew to phone ahead once we landed at Pisa. We had a really good welcome on... more

Contrary to the previous review, this was the BEST breakfast we had in Italy. To be fair Italy is not famous for its breakfasts. We were given a voucher for a small bar/cafe,and could choose coffee and juice-from about six varieties-and any pastry or sandwich from a wide variety. This was served by one of the most cheerful, smily men,and we could eat out in... more

Was ok.

Email communication was good. Massamilliano and Paolo very nice chaps. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon. It is a building with many apartments - they do not live there. The reception is up two flights of staris (no lifts) and through a door. Off reception are the rooms. There is internet access - free. Make sure you communicate to them... more

The hotel is located 10 mins bus ride from the train station. Same feeling as others comments. It's located in a old building, but inside is clean and acceptable. The main drawback for me is I have to carry my luggage up a flight. It's not easy when I have two 20kg bags. Other than that, reception is very friendly.... more

This B&B is on the second floor of a residential building with no elevator so you are carrying your bags up two flights of stairs. The rooms are pretty basic with older furnishings and bathrooms with no bathtubs, only showers. Our room faced the street and there was a lot of street noise which went until 11:00 PM and began... more
