Gradparetnts travelling with daughter & husband and young grandchildren, apart from the very steep steps which you soon get used too, this hotel is close to everywhere. The photos on the site are a wee bit flattering, but none the less we would stay here again. Very friendly staff and the whole place is kept spotless.

Apart from a cental location this hotel has little to offer. Rooms appear pretty clean but I received alot of insect bites during my very short stay. Don't trust this hotel. They charged our credit card for 660 euros they were not owed and refused to refund the money. Find another hotel.

We stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to the train station and the many attractions in Florence. This hotel is perfect located near Lorenzo church,you walk out the door strait up to the nice terras where you have several good restaurants.The central market hal is 1 minute away ,a place where you can eat fresh food for little money. Great colourful rooms, very friendly and welcoming owners who were very helpful. This by far was the best value of money accomadation we found on our 3 week trip after having stayed in apartments. pensione, hostels and hotels. Would not hesitate in returning and recommending to family and friends.
