It's located in a quiet, residential area of Florence. The place is clean, but very basic. The furniture is cheap, as are the linens. There is no air conditioning, and the mattress was very hard. Nice little hotel, friendly family service, a bit far from the center but connected with bus. Good restaurant nearby. Very good value for money
