Very well located hotel convenient to the station and all Florence attractions. We stayed two nights; ate breakfast both mornings served by a friendly lady. The room was basic but comfortable, clean and no problems. Reception staff were also friendly, and we enjoyed the antique elevator when going up and down! We would stay here again.

Although an old building, room was clean. Interior outdated, but we had a spacious room with en suite bathroom - everything we need. Very friendly staff. Breakfast good. Location very near old centre of town. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The condition of the hotel is terrible. There was mould in the room and bathroom.The furniture, beds and bathroom filthy and really outdated. It's more like a hostel. The tiles on a floor were grey and awfull and the room was practically empty

The hotel has a very good location situated on a side street, near the old center and the railway station . Very helpfull staff. Good value for the room and the breakfast. I recommend Hotel Joli for your stay in Florence, if you want a budget alternative.
