Lovely hotel, great location. King size bed - actually two singles pushed together - but extremely comfortable. The breakfast room is quite small but we had no trouble getting a table.

Excellent position, right on Santa Maria Novella Square, staff is kind and helpful, satisfying breakfast. We got an excellent room, highest floor with a romantic balcony on the square, last but not least the price is convenient compared to other hotel in the same position or however inside the city-center.

Near Santa Maria Novella Station. The room was clean and nice but gloomy even along the walkway. Wifi is available but not free. Nice breakfast buffet. Located in the center and the attraction is within walking distance.

Spent 1 night in this hotel which was allegedly a 3 star property. By comparison with other Italian hotels of similar rating, this hotel is grossly overrated. This hotel was perfect for us as it is literally just around the corner from the train station and within easy walking distance to all sights. It was very easy to catch a cheap easyjet flight into Pisa to see the leaning tower whilst leaving our bags at Pisa Central train station, and then only €7 or so to catch... More
