Great hotel in a great location for exploring Florence. From the outside it's a little tricky to find, as the hotel is actually up on the 2nd floor within a building. The outside of the building is not marked with the hotel name. Once inside, very pleasant and friendly multilingual staff, very nice comfortable clean rooms and bathrooms. Big beds,... More

An extremely clean and comfortable hotel in the centre of Florence. The beds were very comfy and the en suite bathroom was spotless and modern. A buffet breakfast was included which contained cereals, pastries and some hot food as well as the usual drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I simply cant find a negative thing to say!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train station! Myself and my husband just walked down to this place and it was easily found. As you enter, you feel like entering an old tiny palace. The lifts were veryyyyy tiny but who cares. The hotel was located on the first floor (main reception). The breakfast was nice... More

What else do you need in Florence besides location and a clean room? Staying here we got excellent price, hotel was less than 10 min walking from the train station, large and clean rooms, quite good breakfast and walking distance to basically everything that we would like to do in the city. The area was safe too, which was a... More

The entrance was very difficult to find first time around and was around the corner from where the TripAdvisor map says it is. Once inside the hotel was clean, tidy and fairly modern. Our room was very spacious with loads of sunlight but the walls could do with a lick of paint. The reception staff were excellent, one guy in... More

We confirmed our stay at this hotel on our way to Chianti . When we returned on Friday October 3rd we were told to that there is a "little problem' with your room . The lady who is in there is sick and has gone to the hospital and she has requested that she have your room for one more... More

I decided on this hotel as it stated to be very near the station (I flew via Bologna and then took the train to Florence) , as it was close to the city center (aprox 10 min) and as I loved the entrance (the big and massive stone staircase, as if from a fairytale). The location is indeed close to... More

The location of the Residenza is very good. It is walking distance from the Firenze SMN train station as well as the key attractions like the Galleria dell'Accademia and the Duomo. The staff was friendly. They gave us a few restaurant recommendations, although we didn't listen to any lol. The breakfast was good. However I was disappointed with the coffee... More

Spent 4 nights at the Residenza Fiorentina last week. The location of the hotel is off a side street from the Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its stunning Basilica, and only a few minutes walk to all the major sites of Florence. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel itself is on the second floor... More
