Spent 4 nights at the Residenza Fiorentina last week. The location of the hotel is off a side street from the Piazza Santa Maria Novella and its stunning Basilica, and only a few minutes walk to all the major sites of Florence. There are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel itself is on the second floor... More

This hotel had a very confusing entrance but once you figured it out it was fine. My main reason for the "Average rating" was that they gave me and my male friend one bed when we had requested two beds. This made it very awkward to sleep every night and the hotel simply refused to give us two beds. We... More

Location was great! Very near railway station also near a lot of restaurants. Just walking distance to the tourist spots. Breakfast has good choices of bread, ham, eggs and lots of jam! WiFi is fast. Beds look clean and restroom is spacious. Very good place to stay at!

We should noticed that staff`s attitude to the guest was unkindly and frankly indifferent. Speaking about room quality can mention the following points: dirty bathroom (for example, toilet pan is never been washed!), shower cabin has an inactive drain: water always flows out from cabin. The bottom of shower cabin cracked under steps, the head of shower was broken. We... More

For a three star hotel this was excellent value. In a very good location just off the Piazza S Maria Novella and only 5 mins walk from the railway station. All the main attractions are within easy walking distance. Everything was very clean and our room was large and light with a/c. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly... More

We had a lovely stay in the Residenza Fiorentina! The room was spacious enough (by Italian standards) and incredibly clean. The bright white/cream decor helps you see that it's clean and is refreshing, airy, and cheerful. Decent bathroom. Quite comfortable bed. There is an elevator, though you need to take a flight of steps to get to it. Breakfast was... More

We stayed here for 5 nights in June and found the staff very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and the location perfect for all the 'Must See' experiences in Florence. Everything was clean and our room large, airy and light with a/c and a nice large bathroom. The only downside was that there were lots of steps so not suitable for... More

We stayed here for one night in May this year. I wished it could have been longer. This was the best accommodation we had on our European trip. We had the apartment (room 211) which was so spacious with bedroom, lounge and large bathroom. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average and served in the... More

We just came back from Firenze today. We stayed at this beautiful hotel. At first sight the ambiance is catching you, you really feel special. The building is impressive, rooms with high ceiling... We stayed in a suit for three, there was also a jacuzzi. We felt so comfortable. Everybody was so nice and helpful about everything. The hotel was... More

Well located hotel, around 700 metre from the station, behind big church in the a small lane. but very easily to be missed since it is on the second floor of a old building. Rooms are big enough and well cleaned. Staff is very help full. Tea and coffee, available in the evening also complimentary and two bottles of water in... More
