Upon checking in the lady at the front desk was very nice and accomodating. My problem is that the room was just a little too basic. The rooms looked VERY dated, and needed to be updated. Upon reading recent reviews, they might have started with the renovations. My biggest gripe was that the wifi was basically nonexistant. Another huge gripe... More

We stayed for one night at the end of our trip to Italy. We had a "triple" room which contained a double and a twin bed. The room was very clean and pleasant, with a view of the street, and looked like it might have been recently renovated. The entire room was very clean and quiet. We kept the window... More

Close proximity to the train station. Clean rooms with modern decor. We had a room that had a double bed plus a loft - lots of space for our party of three. The price was very reasonable. Location was great - less than 10 minute walk to the Academia. Has free wifi but we had a bit of trouble connecting... More

We stayed here after a problem w/ our original accommodations. Hotel Enza was able to fit us in w/ 2 rooms for 3 nights after initially saying they only had room for 2 nights. The rooms were a good size and the bathroom was fine. The shower was a little small and the shower curtain was too long for the... More

This Family hotel is very clean and friendly staff. the reception is always helpful. disadvantage is that they do not serve breakfast. since there is no breakfast the price for the accommodation is to high. however, the hotel was close to the trainstation and hop-on bus station

We picked Hotel Enza because of the price and the location, near to the train station. It was a delight and one of my favorite places during the whole trip. I wish that we had the time to have spent more days in Florence and at this hotel. We had one of the renovated rooms upstairs since there were three... More

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They suggested a nearby restaurant which was a wonderful find. The location is easy to get to from the train station and a short walk to all the sites. The room was kept clean and stocked during our stay. the bed was a little hard for our taste, but we found most beds... More

I stayed at this hotel during my last night in Florence. I decided on this one because of it's price and the positive reviews. I must say that it was indeed the best choice! When I arrived, the lady at reception was very warm and welcoming. After checking in, she showed me to the room and explained everything--how to control... More

We stayed at The Hotel Enza for two nights at the start of our two-week Italy trip and on the last night of our trip. It was clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. They gave us a discount for having a current Rick Steves book. The location was not in the highly trafficked part of the city, which made it quieter,... More
