stayed here for two nights this week. It was very easy to find after i looked at google maps, its only 5 minutes from the train station/ bus stop from pisa airport. Its only a two star hotel, so don't expect luxury, if all you want is a bed and breakfast then this place does exactly what it says on... More

Within walking distance of everything. Staff (family) is amazing. They went out of their way to make our visit the best! This will be my go to place in Florence. Breakfast and internet included. Love the charm of this hotel.

We stayed here in April, visiting Florence for the first time.Of course I read before the TripAdvisor reviews. .which they put us in doubt. But, surprisingly this hotel is great, we received a warm welcome (and the receptionist speaks good English). The room was clean and welcoming, and was a good value for money. And don't worry, you are not gonna... More

This is a perfect hotel as a base for a weekend break. Fantastic location - just 2 mins walk from the train station and 5 mins from Duomo, couldn't ask for more. Room was clean and functional - though a little loud if you're in a room on the front/main street. Breakfast is fine, croissants and bread, and coffee machine... More

I can understand both the good and bad reviews of this hotel. I travelled around Italy a decade ago and stayed in a lot of places like this, so when I walked in and saw the owners and their dog watching TV in the breakfast room I didn't blink an eyelid! But if you're looking for a proper "hotel", then... More

We had a nice, large, double room with a high ceiling that was decorated Renaissance-style. The location was great, near the SMN train station and the San Lorenzo market, and a short walk to the Duomo.

I went to Firenze without hotel reservation...It turned out a good decision. Blocks away of Santa Maria Novella rail station, this hotel offers beautiful rooms( double) with great value, we paid only 110 Euros per night with breakfast and WIFI included. Rooms are updated, huge, beautifully decorated, the washrooms are big, just perfect. Breakfast is served in an inviting room... More

I think we met Diana from the last review at breakfast while staying there. We were so jealous that her family was leaving that day, and we had 2 more nights to go! COMPLETELY agree with all complaints, especially regarding the air conditioning. The owner was grumpy, and continued to cutoff the AC even when asked politely (in Italian.). There... More

No Air Conditioning after 12 pm they shut it off, was extremely hot, noisy street and of the 5 hotels we stayed while in Italy this had the worst breakfast. All the people there where complaining. Hotels.com should check them out and not put them as a 2 star it should be noted as a1star. We were very unhappy .
