The place iss small, but nice size for European standards. It has just been remodeled, so everything is new, you can even smell the fresh paint. great location just 4 blocks from the train station & Santa Maria Novella. Roger at the front desk was very helpful and accomodating. Its perfect for a short stay. more

This is a small, newly renovated and charming hotel. Our room was beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was awesome (homemade apple flan, warm croissants, eggs, meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee, tea and fresh fruit juice). The staff even offered to make us cappucinos for breakfast. The hotel is very... more

We stayed only for one night and needed to be close to the train station, which was great. It's not so close to the hist.centre but not that far though. What we were disappointed about was the room. We paid for a superior room and I would want to know how a normal room looks like then. It was very... more

The hotel is about as close as you can be to the train station. This made it easy to get off the train with our luggage and get to the hotel. It also made our day trip to Pisa a breeze. We had a quad room and although it was small, it was 2 rooms with a door between them.... more

The hotel was clean and the showers were awesome. The rooms were a little small - for american standards, but not enough to complain about. The hotel is in a great location if you're traveling via train. Only a few blocks from the action in Florence. more

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights - two of those were without air conditioning as the front desk said it was "not switched on at weekends" without giving any sort of explanation for this. We therefore had to keep the windows open which made it extremely noisy as it overlooked a busy road and lots of mosquitos managed... more

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located within a couple of minutes walk of the main train station and less than 10 minutes walk from the Duomo. Good spacious rooms with a great mixture of funky and traditional decor (amazing ceiling frescoe / tv in the wall mirror). Good cold breakfast buffet included in price with... more
