Just stayed for 5 nights and perfect for a city break. Good clean rooms, pleasant staff and calm atmosphere. Close to the station, 5 min walk max, and 15 min from the duomo and the bustling, vibrant city centre. Great value, not much else needed for this type of break where you're constantly out and about. (take a train to... More

Stayed here end of January. It's a nice pleasant hotel in a convenient location for the central sights. Room was quite big and spotless. Breakfast was adequate with a fair choice of cereals and pastries etc. The sound of the trams outside weren't a problem for us.

We had 3 nights here. The hotel itself was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and in a beautiful room with vaulted ceilings. We had a room with twin beds and did find the mattresses and pillows quite hard, but that is a personal preference. The only problems we had were the noise from outside... More

This was a great hotel with extremely helpful staff- walking distance from the sites and with some reasonably priced restaurants nearby. Breakfast was excellent. Could not fault it at all and would love to return

Stayed here for two nights. Good location and most of the city attractions can be explored by foot. We found hotel staff to be a bit rude especially the lady serving the breakfast. Rooms are clean and of decent size. Entrance to the rooms is a bit cramped but is manageable as you have to face it only two times... More

That hotel proved to be a pleasant surprise for us. We had a great welcoming from a very polite gentleman in the reception. The room he gave us was really nice and clean, spacious and with all the amenities present. The hotel also provides parking with a small fee. Location is close to the center and you can walk your... I would stay here again, for sure. 5 minutes away from the train station and city center-- you can't beat this! We had a triple room and it was very large. The bathroom was huge and there was a lot of space for our luggage. The breakfast was delicious! The location was a great jumping point for any sightseeing!

Comfortable walk to the city centre and even closer to the main station. Good sized bedroom with great bathroom and plenty of storage for clothes. Excellent Breakfast for buffet-style with plenty of choice. Reception staff were very helpful and on checking out allowed us to store bags for collection later.

Hotel is well placed near to the station and about 1--15 mins walk into the main areas of Florence. depending on traffic of cars and people! Staff were professional and helpful and breakfast was rather fine especially the coffee and juice. The hotel beds are staggeringly hard so those used to a softer mattress will struggle and we just could... More

Arrived Monday afternoon in florence, hotel was 10 minute walk from the station. On arriving reception staff were welcoming and showed us straight to our room. The room was compact however this was due to having to large single beds pushed together. Room was clean although mirrors are too high for you to do your hair unless you stand up.... More
