My mom and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in May 2014. We absolutely loved the people, the room, and the service. We arrived early (before check-in time) and the lady at the front desk welcomed us, offered us coffee, and immediately made sure to get our room ready for us. The room itself was clean and very... We were looking for a triple room since I was traveling with two sons (16) and chose this hotel that seemed to be very far from the city center based on price and availability. It was so much better than expected. Lovely, clean and spacious room with minibar. Only hotel in our 6 week vacation in Europe that had breakfast... More

The staff is great! We arrived early and they arranged a room for us before the check in time. The room is clean and nice and there are water and juices in the frigobar for a decent price. The breakfast is really good. From the hotel you have the Campo di Marte station 15 minutes by foot. It is about... More

Our family stayed in two rooms for two nights, within walking distance to the sights. lovely rooms. Excellent breakfast , staff were helpful and management just delightful . . one of our children got very sick which made getting out of our room on time impossible, we were not made to feel bad rather the opposite we were given a... My wife and I spent the night here. Upon arrival the young ladies were nothing but exceptionally helpful, even going so far as to booking us dinner at a raw food restaurant that we couldn't get into earlier. The location is perfect and the breakfast is better than most and is exactly as one would expect while in Italy, again... More

The staff speaks English well, the room was big. Although we didn't use it, the mini bar was stacked with all sorts of things at reasonable prices. The area is quiet and it is only a 20-minute walk to to historic centre of the town. We found the parking place in the next street and as we parked in the... More

I had a really great stay. A lovely single room, an excellent breakfast every morning and the staff were very helpful. This is an ideally situated Hotel for the Arena and Via Mazzini and at a reasonable price.

I paid 90 euros for two nights and well worth it. The breakfast is really nice in a separate dining area and with quite a varied choice from cereal, cheese, meats, croissants, eggs, toast and fruit!! Staff very helpful. Room was simple but I spent all day in Florence so it was good value. A few local restaurants near by.... More

We like staying at small family run hotels as they usually turn out to be friendlier. The Bologna turned out to be just the right choice. We stayed four nights at the beginning of October 2013 taking a taxi from Santa Maria Novella Station on our arrival. The staff on reception were very helpful, recommending places to eat etc. The... Spent two nights here with my girlfriend, were welcomed by friendly staff. It was close for us to the centre, but we do walk a lot. Breakfast was ok, rooms very dated (even the bottles in the minibar looked like they were over 20 years old, with labels falling off), and we had a very strange smell in our room,... More
