The location is grand. The room was fine, however wifi spotty even in public rooms. We were told wifi in rooms and given a password....which did not work. Stayed two days and no wifi in rooms. Breakfast is yogurt, coffee/tea, processed meats, and sweets. Average overall.

I loved this place. Top location just on corner of Piazza Dell'Arte Signoria. I went for a more deluxe double on 2 nd floor. Michaelangelo. Beautifully furnished, quality bed and linen, and a very nice bathroom with shower only. All well equipped with nice antique furniture and lovely wooden flooring. Breakfast was a delight. Fresh fruit salad, pastries and eggs... More

The b&b is located in the piazza della signoria and our room had a view of the cupola del Brunelleschi and the piazza. The service is impeccable and all we received 5 star service from everyone. The breakfast room has an amazing view and the food is good. The place also organised and offered a brunch on New Year's Day... More

Recommendations are always on point. The Pini family is proud of their 14th century home and where else can you celebrate Thanksgiving in Florence other than here?! Of course, come... More

My family and I were in Florence and stayed at In Piazza della Signoria, where we had stayed on a visit there about 5 years ago. What an amazing place this is to stay. The B&B is warm and lovely and the location is ideal, just steps away from the Uffizi Gallery. The rooms are nice and the breakfast (that... More

We have been meaning to write this review for months - We absolutely adored this hotel and it was our favorite of our whole trip traveling to Rome, Florence, Venice and Cinque Terra. Its location was perfect to walk to many sites and restaurants - hidden by almost a secret entry in the center amazing Pizza Signoria ( full of... More

The In Piazza Della Signoria has no external signage and is hard to spot. It is immediately next door to the Gucci Museum which is well marked and easy to find. The location across from the Palazzio Vechio is marvelous and at least on a Sunday thru Tuesday night stay the hotel was remarkably quiet. This is a remodeled old... More

This location is perfect and is directly in the Piazza Signoria and is just minutes away to the Duomo Florence. The check in process was great, they held our bags until our room was ready so we could explore as soon as we checked in. The room we had was large, clean and although we did not have a view,... Instantly on arrival, Sebastian went out of his way to help us get settled. The room was simply decorated, clean, and had a modern bathroom. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was in a dining room around a large table. Started with a plate of fresh fruit and warm rolls/croissants. omelets were made to order with choice of cereal too.... More

Staying in Uffizi

Neighborhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
