We went to the hotel in the middle of the night. A man in the hotel reception didn't even say hello to us. We had booked a room for two persons for one night. He said that we had paid only for a single room. Fortunately I had a paper where was a data from the reserve. The room was... More

We went to check in and they moved us to a different hotel..they said the room was flooeded, then said it was overbooked. Either way they should have told us before we got to the hotel! They moved us to their sister hotel which was average, but I have never turned up at a hotel before to be sent away!

The location was great, looking at the hotel and location on google before we got there we were excited. when we walked to the hotel from the train station, we walked into the hotel lobby if that's what you call it. im sure its a brothel. the room looked like its from the 1920's worst 2 nights ever. it was... My boyfriend and I are travelling around Italy and this was our last stop before heading to the next country and it was not the best place to finish off our trip. My first thought as I walked into reception was that it was a brothel with its sweet smelling tacky insence and its bright pink walls. But the reception... More

We stayed here for 2 nights, the location was great, lots of bars and restaurants near. It is one road away from the day markets, and a 3 minute walk to the cathedral. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel facilities were basic, the double bed was two singles which parted in the middle, and the shower... More

The hotel is conveniently located close to the historical Duomo and the Uffizi gallery. Everything is just a walk away. The AC worked perfect even at 38 degree Celsius heat of July. The elevators were in proper working condition.

If you arnt too picky this hotel is fine. The staff are really nice and cheerful. They have a partnership with a car garage that you can leave your car at for a reasonable price. Which we did. They will pick it up and drop it off. The rooms are clean but very dated and the bathroom and shower area... More

Very basic rooms but large and clean. Not very good beds, springs had worn out a bit. Bathroom was large and clean, water in shower area would flood up, I pointed it out to the owner who was very grateful that I told him and said he wished more clients would post out stuff like that. Plug points also in... More

Great location, only 5 minutes from the train station. Very central to all the City's amazing architecture! Plenty restaurants nearby. Helpful staff! Clean, spacious rooms, can hear some noise from other rooms at times. Breakfast option handy, but supermarkets nearby if want to purchase instead.

I stayed here as part of a university trip and shared my room with two other girls. The rooms were adequate, clean and spacious. The toilets very much the same. The bathrooms functioned as you would expect, no surprises!!! The breakfast was fine, typical European pastries and OJ ect. The hotel location was very good, right round the corner from... More
