We got a wonderful warm greeting from the reception team, especially Alessandro (great restaurant recommendations), Angela and Laura. It was our 30th Wedding Anniversary and although our room wasn't ready Allesandro came across the road the with us to introduce us to the restaurant opposite and we were treated like royalty. The Junior Suite room was extensive, though long and... More

This is a little gem. Beautiful rooms and modern baths. Lovely public places like the lounge. Really generous offerings at the breakfast buffet. The best part was the staff. So professional, kind and helpful. We grew attached to Simone who gave us some advice before we arrived, but also assured our every need was cared for. A nice tray of... More

We stayed here in April 2015 while traveling to Italy to visit our daughter who was studying abroad in Rome. The room was magnificent -- beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to everything. The breakfast was delicious, and the service at breakfast was very personable and accommodating - my cappuccino was delivered every morning with... More

We made reservations at Firenze Number Nine based on other Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The hotel is beautiful, our room comfortable and welcoming, the staff was friendly and helpful, giving us an overview of the city upon arrival and then great restaurant and shopping recommendations, and a warm greeting every time they saw us. The morning... More

Stayed 4 nights here recently, seems like a fairly new hotel, rooms are very nice, could do with the addition of a Nespresso machine or something similar as the current tea/coffee facilities available In the room let the hotel down a bit, also appeared to me as though the milk/sugar were only replenished every couple of days. You may think... More

I stayed here in April 2014 and I feel the need to review this hotel a whole year later. Most importantly is the fact that when I return I will stay here again. It's location was PERFECT, 2 blocks to the Duomo. I couldn't have chosen better. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed the breakfast each morning, including the... More

Nice Stay - very responsive service. Very clean and responsive service. The service level is what I would expect for a 4 star hotel. I would recommend this hotel based on the cost. Great location and centrally located...5 minute walk to Il Duomo and central to many sites. I would ask local tour guides for restaurant recommendations as opposed to... More

This was our first stop on our vacation....great way to begin. All the staff is wonderful. More than helpful. Very nice location walking distance from everything you'd want to do, tons of window-shopping nearby as well as great restaurants. The room was huge, beds comfortable. Highly recommend. FYI, we were on a low floor and noise didn't bother us.

Wonderful hotel, helpful and charming staff, beautiful bedrooms, perfectly situated being minutes from the Duomo. Alessandro was very helpful with advice on restaurants to eat in and booking tickets. Lovely to have a free welcome lunch when we arrived. Perfect in every way.

I don't know that I have the words to properly describe how much a love this hotel. We spent a month traveling through Europe on our honeymoon. This was our second stop. It was my first trip to Florence. I had traveled to Rome before. I fell in love with this city and a large portion of that love has... More
