Firenze Number Nine is ideally in center of town and we had no problem with the five-minute walk from the train station, even in the rain. This was a two night family stay with our daughter and grandson so we booked the platinum apartment which is two adjoining units, one with master bedroom and the other with a large bedroom... More

We took a cab from the nearby train station and walked into the hotel. A porter grabbed our bags and led us inside. It seemed like we were in someone’s living room. No check-in counter; just some comfortable sofa chairs. We sat and the porter asked if we wanted some water or juice and we declined. Presently a young woman... More

We were staying at a different hotel before switching to this hotel. We were at a 2 star hotel before and had to get out. We found Firenze Number Nine and they had one room left. We got it and as soon as we walked through the doors the staff were absolutely amazing! They saved our trip! I will only... More

Firenze Number Nine - is the best decision to stay at during the weekend. Everything at this charming hotel was perfect. The hotel has a great location in the very center of Firenze but on a quiet street. We had a very comfy suit with a living area, mini kitchenette and a bed-room. Two queen-size beds were so comfortable that... More

My boyfriend (Aged 26) and I we reached the hotel after a few hotels around Florence and we did not expected to such an amazing hotel! We loved the tranquility and the calm of the hotel in from the busy street of Firnze. Breakfast was delicious! Timing of the elevators was excellent. The lobby and the room was very spacious.... Finally the staff was fabulous, friendly and very helpful especially Alessandro who went out of his way to make sure we had great visit.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the heart of Florence, with beauitful original mural celling and moasic floor (Junior Suite only). Room sizes are good with plenty of storage space, the organisation of the amenities however, could benefit from further considerations. The bathroom is huge but with not much places to put the vanity kit or clean clothing, the closet are... More

We found the hotel on the web and booked for 4 nights over Easter. Everything was just as described and illustrated in the photos. The service was impeccable from front desk to room service. Breakfast was really good and served in an excellent setting just like the rest of the hotel. The right mix of elegance and style, just what... More

The hotel is in the best location ever, with all major museums and sights within about a 20 minute walk. Also located in a quiet area with a major pedestrian-only street, lined with high end stores around the corner. Walk to the train station. Breakfast was fine with good choices including hot dishes. The restaurant at night was very nice,... More

This is a very clean and stylish hotel. Traveling with my husband and my daughter, the location was a quick walk with our luggage from the train station. We were greeted upon arrival and the friendly and courteous staff continued to make us feel special during our entire stay. My daughter had a separate room with a twin bed. It... More
