Their website says parking is FREE. They charge e15 per night for parking. It isn't free. The room smelled. The staff isn't friendly. The shower so small I thought I was standing in a coffin. The pictures on the web site do not match ANY of the rooms we saw.

My husband and I stayed a week in Florence for a romantic holiday. Wonderful FLorence! This b & b is very pretty. It 's great, cozy and very clean. Sfa We went out and we returned at any time as a hotel. We recommend it.

This is one of the worst places I've ever stayed at. The internet didn't work, electrical fixtures fell out, bathroom fixtures broken, the so-called breakfast simply sub-standard, unfriendly staff that refused to pay back my deposit when I left early. We liked this b&b for a large room and really beautiful terrase where we could enjoy our breakfast with a perfect view over the city! But be careful with rooms on the ground floor. The tiles on the floor are really cold, even in May. Besides we could hear everything in the neighbour rooms.

We booked this based on price, car parking and option to have a gluten free breakfast.
