We first stayed in Cimatori in November 2008. That time it was just my husband and me, but we decided to come back with the whole family as soon as we could. We did so and the second stay was as pleasant as the first one. Cimatori is just in the heart of Florence in walking distance from every interesting... more

I just got back from Italy and one of our stops was in Florence. We stayed at Domenico and Valeria's Cimatori B&B just a 2 minute stroll from Piazza Signoria and 5 from the Duomo. When we booked our rooms, I didn't realize just how good the location truly is. I went with my Dad, sister, and 11 yr. old... more

I would go back to stay with this very professionally run B&B. Good english skills, so easy to communicate with, nice kitchen area, good coffee, free computer access for a limited number of hours. Within walking distance of everything in the heart of Florence, and close enough to the train station. Nice accomodations, very clean, air conditioning, big windows that... more

For several reasons, and without hesitation, my husband and I (seniors) recommend Cimatori B&B. Domenico and Valeria were incredibly responsive and attentive to our numerous requests for help during the 7 nights we stayed there. Cimatori is steps away from wonderful food and walking distance from the essential sites in Florence. Our 2nd floor window opened onto Dante Aligheri, providing... more

I agree with all the other poster - Domenico and Valerie were very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect, close to everything. As you are in the heart of the town, it can get a bit noisy a night, but other than that it has it all. Would recommend to a friend, and return to stay there again. more

Stayed for six nights with my two daughters (ages 14 and 19). Domenico was extremely accomodating, even before our arrival he responded promptly to questions that I had emailed to him. The location was ideal.... right around the corner from Dante's home (now museum) and just minutes to the Duomo. Domenico and Valeria helped us with bus and train information... more

We began our stay at the Dei Mori B&B for our first two nights, and enjoyed it there...but we had to look for another place for our last two nights because our room at Dei Mori had already been reserved for someone else.. The kind folks at Dei Mori connected us with B&B Cimatori which is almost next door. We... more

We stayed at Cimatori B&B in May. This was our second trip to Florence, second time to stay at Cimatori and we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. The location is perfect, and Dominic and Valerie make you feel as if you are staying with friends. There were 4 of us in the room, a friend, my Mom, daughter and... more

We stayed at Cimatori B&B for 3 nights during our recent trip to Florence. We loved this place. The location is just perfect - within 5 minutes walk to all main attractions ( Uffici. Duomo) Our room and bathroom were small, but very comfortable and very clean. Valeria is a wonderful host, she was very nice and pleasant. She provided... more

Loved B&B Cimatori -- Domenico who worked there is an absolute sweetheart, and my friends and I really enjoyed staying at this charming little hotel. Great location, great value (see if you can pay in cash for a discounted rate), and great general atmosphere. The room was adorable, with it's wood ceilings and cute decorations. Domenico made us a lovely... more
